I purchased these weight plates as I returned to structured strength training and currently use them with a SportKraft Olympic barbell and a Titan T-2 rack equipped with a landmine attachment. They integrate well with my existing equipment and perform as expected for general strength training. From a functional standpoint, these are straightforward, no-frills plates with consistent fit on the barbell sleeve. The cutout design is a standout feature and significantly improves handling compared to solid plates without grip openings. Because of this, I often reach for these plates first when loading or unloading the bar, as they are noticeably easier and safer to maneuver. The cutouts also make the plates practical for exercises performed without a barbell. They provide a secure grip for movements such as plate carries, front raises, and other accessory work where handling comfort and control matter. I train on padded flooring, so I have not tested these plates by dropping them on concrete or other hard surfaces. That said, they feel solid and well-constructed, and I have not noticed any signs of cracking or weakness during regular use. Overall, these plates have performed reliably and represent excellent value for the price. They are a practical choice for home gym setups, especially for novice lifters who appreciate the added convenience and versatility of grip cutouts.

These olympic plates are excellent quality. The paint is nice, except for a few chips from a lack of box padding during shipping. The weight for each plate is right on the money at 45 pounds each. The two holes in sides of the plates make them easy to carry and offer great options if you want to use them for overhead presses or add weight while doing hypertensions. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants to add quality weights to their home gym setup.

I've owned many olympic plates over the years and these are my favorite. The handles/grips are comfortable and make them easy to move around. They are durable and great quality. The fit and finish are great. May not be as smooth in terms of laser cutting compared to other brands like rogue but you are paying three times less. And at the end of the day weight is weight. I personally think they look great. I've bought three pairs so far and probably will buy more.

Magnificent weights at a great price! There’s nothing I can say negative about them, they’re heavy like they should be, fit on my Olympic bars like they’re supposed to, and very easy to carry. They are rubber coated, and perfect for my gym. I purchased four sets at over 1200 pounds

Great plates!!

I bought this set wanting to save some money and I needed the weights for my new smith machine. After reading the reviews I was super worried about the product I would be receiving. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I wouldn’t recommend these if you are expecting a quick delivery. I think it took a whole month to get everything and I only got the barbell today. All of my weights and my barbell were tightly packed. The paint isn’t the best and I’ve scratched my hand on a piece of chipping paint I’ll have to sand off. I picked the vintage style weights which are nice but the 45 pound plate is just so long. I believe it was the only package option available I am happy with the purchase. I knew these wouldn’t be the greatest but overall it’s exactly what I need.

Good change plates. Cosmetically they aren’t perfect allot of defects but they work well and the grips make for super easy handling.

Got them on offer at £47.50 and they’re perfect. Cheaper than buying second hand and the handles make them great for a load of differing exercises
