Very nice bench. This went together very easily by myself. Not many parts to put it together as it’s mostly connected when it is delivered. It feels solid and is still a very manageable weight to move around for storage or different placement by just about anyone. The bench raises and lowers extremely easy to multiple levels. It should be good for all of the exercises that it shows listed. I will update after I have used this product for a while. One thing I will mention is that for a sit up bench, I would not recommend it for anyone taller than myself and I am 5‘9“. When you sit back with your legs in the sit up position, my butt sits directly over the crack between the upper and lowerseat cushions. Very uncomfortable. I think a pool noodle or something similar might solve the problem, but if that is the only issue after I have used this successfully for a while, then I won’t be too disappointed. One other note regarding assembly: when you look at the diagram for the bolts, do not panic when you look at what was included. It does not show the correct number on the diagram for what you actually need to put this together. I almost didn’t assemble it because of that but I wanted to see where the parts were missing and there were none missing.

This is very easy to put together. I am someone who doesn't not put anything together usually and it only took me 15 minutes. Instructions are very clear. All pieces were there including the tool. Very lightweight to carry. I set this up for my husband for Christmas with no problem. I also sat on it to test out how it sits before giving to him. I am close to 180 and it sits comfortably without any issue

Very nice product! The adjustable bench is worth the price! I use it for everything, dumbell skull crushes, shoulder shrugs, bicep hammer curls, dumbell shoulder curls, bench press including incline!, sit ups, dumbell lateral raises, forearm rope curls. I have a bad knee so I can’t be standing up doing workouts and this adjustable bench is a must have! Great for my recovery… thank you!

This bench is fantastic. It does all the add says it does. The only problem I have is the left and right side foams at the bottom where you place your ankles to lay flat and do sit ups. They slide off because they’re not held in place and I have to keep sliding them back on the poles.

Bought this because it looked nice and was on the cheaper end of other products. I will say it was easy to assemble, looks sleek and has fold away options. The base has these plastic knobs to adjust height as a means to minimize wobble, however the machining on the parts connecting the main pieces are loose to where no matter how much you tighten the bolts, there is leftover space between the metal which allows for a slight wobble. This is mostly when lifting heavier weights or medium weights for things like incline/decline. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase as I'm +40 and not looking to do anything super heavy anyway, but if you're looking for a super sturdy/heavy duty piece of equipment be aware.
