When the roasting rack that came with my roaster got old and manky, I replaced it with these. They work really well, and clean up really well. Just enough height to keep your chicken from being stuck in the bottom of the pan. And the size means you can use two in a big roaster or one in a smaller baking dish. Well worth the money.

I have used the racks. for cooking roasts,chicken and anything that I didn’t want to sit on a sheet pan to cook in the oven. Beats a wire rack hands down!The best part is just throwing it in the dishwasher for cleanup and continues to look like the day I got them

These OXO silicone work great with the 1/8 sheet pan. Hold meat up great and also are a trivet. Getting two of them makes it easy to set larger pans on for cooling or keeping semi warm. They do stack nicely. Easy to clean and can be hung on a hook. The red color goes nicely with my kitchen. Enjoy.

Have been using these for several months now and don't know what I did without them. They work in practically any size dish I need except round, but I think you can purchase a few types of the round roasting rack separately. Very easy to store as they don't take up nearly as much room as a long metal racks and their size makes them perfect for all different applications. They also clean up in the dishwasher really well. I saw one rating that said they had white residue on them. That would be from the dishwasher. You can either add white vinegar to your rinse dispenser or do what I do which is keep a bottle of vinegar on hand for anything that comes out of the dishwasher with white residue on it. spray and rinse and you should be good to place in the cabinet.

I was looking for a rack to put in my loaf pan so that when I make meatloaf, the fat would drain off, but was skeptical that I could find something small enough. These silicone racks fit perfectly in my loaf pan and are a breeze to clean afterwards. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.😊

These are durable and hold the stuff off the bottom with easy. I used one in my Nesco 6 qt. over Thanksgiving and it worked perfectly. All I had to do to just get most of it clean was rub my fingers over it. Nothing stuck to it. I used the other in my rice cooker to hold veggies off the bottom. It didn't let me down and was easy to rise off. I simply tossed them in the dishwasher on the top rack and they came out clean and beautiful again. These are not light, but heavy weight and made from a prime quality silicone rubber. I might have to get two more so I can fill my 12 and 24 qt with them instead of the wire racks. Your slow cookers deserve these, and you will never again have to struggle to get those wire racks clean.

Love them! Just the right size, sturdiness, and easy to clean (after spraying). These racks are fantastic. I’ll never use a metal rack again, what a pain. These double red racks is so versatile. I can place them into end, side to side, one on top of the other, all to change to adjust to what’s going in the oven. Sometimes I just put some thing on foil on a roasting pan but I still think that’s touching the Nordic ware pan I put it on, so I raise it just a bit with one or two of these racks and it’s just the right height to get it off the bottom of the pan yet close enough for the heat and low enough so that any juice is dripping off the foil I cramped won’t drip over the sides. Make sure you spray all sides and inside very quickly with a can of Pam and you will be surprised just how quickly a paper towel and soap and warm water will get any drip or grease off these racks. They look brand new today and I use them every week & Have owned them for a few years now. I bought some his gifts as well.

These are great! You can use them as a trivit on your counter or table & the best part, you can use them in the pan to set your roast or chicken on. Clean easily in the washing machine. the fact you get two is great!!

Good quality silicone that fit well into my oven/microwave - good size for steak and porkchop.

Tengo el modelo ovalado de duraceramic y pensé que me entraría perfecto. Como podéis ver en las fotos, es un poco más grande y tengo que dejarlo medio doblado. Por el resto, hace su función. Tiene un material de silicona agradable al tacto y parece de buena calidad. Es bastante resistente, pero a la vez flexible. Me explico, es fácil de moldear, pero resiste bien el peso de la comida sin doblegarse. Si lo moldeas, vuelve a recuperar la forma, no la mantiene. La verdad, es que se nota su uso. En la crockpot, cuando dejaba por ejemplo las albóndigas, terminaban con una capa más oscura por la parte que está en contacto con la olla. Ahora con esta bandeja, me quedan elevadas y se cuecen igual por todo sin tostarse. Aún me falta por probarla en el horno con el pescado y la carne, pero es muy útil, para separar la grasa de los alimentos. Para lavarla, puedes ponerla en el lavajillas o a mano. Para sacar la grasa, tienes que dar con ímpetu, sino queda el molde aceitoso. Esta rejilla no es plana por la parte de abajo, tiene como unas ondulaciones que hace que el aceite no se acumule y pueda repartirse por la superficie. Tiene una altura de 2 centímetros, que en muchos casos es irrelevante, pero para la crockpot, es a tener en cuenta, ya que para dejar la comida, necesitas echarle más cantidad de salsa o caldo, para cubrir los alimentos. ✅ CONCLUSIÓN Una rejilla de silicona silicona con una relación calidad/precio buena, aunque quizá un poco elevada de precio. I like that the silicone can be shaped to fit. I used this rack in my slow cooker. Had to shape it a bit at the ends as my cooker is oval. Worked just fine and my meal came out better than ever. Haven't used it in the oven in my roaster yet. I imagine it will be just fine. Nicer than using metal trivets or racks. Soft and easy to clean up. Safe for non-stick surfaces too which means I'll probably use it in my electric frying pan too.

Made of silicone, these are soft & won't damage your pans, unlike metal versions. I bought mine to go into the slow cooker and oven. I like cooking my chicken & joints in the slow cooker but found that the meat would sit in the meat juices which meant the bottom would be soggy - not anymore! Thanks to the OXO rack, I can now lift my meat up high enough to be out of the juices meaning I don't have to struggle to try to lift the meat out of the pan, and tip up a hot, heavy slow cooker to drain the juices, whilst also letting the heat out & setting cooking time back by an hour. Now I can leave it in there for the entire duration as the meat sits above the juice. I've used mine so far in the oven and slow cooker and also as a cooling rack for when removing hot pans from the oven. It is easy to clean as long as you pay attention as its easy to miss bits of food in the indents, so just be thorough but otherwise, it cleans up easy with a soak and a rub. With 2 in the pack, I have enough for either a large joint, 2 dishes at the same time, stacking on top of each other to lift the meat up higher or one in the pan and one for pan rest when taking out the oven. Brilliant. Would highly recommend as I can see these lasting for years without issue. They are not likely to snap or break as they are thick and seem well made. Update: so the picture on the description of what looks like grilled bacon made me assume these were also suitable to use under the grill. I tried them when cooking gammon so the meat wouldn’t sit in the juices. Turns out that despite being oven resistant, they are not grill resistant. See photos. The only bits that survived were the parts covered by the meat, so clearly being exposed to the flame in the grill made these persish as they have quite literally shattered when touched. I did expect them to be resistant to the grill since they are silicone and temperature resistant but obviously the flame has damaged them. Therefore, do not use these for grilling unless the meat entirely covers the silicone rack.
