THE SERBVICE IS GREAT BUT MY DynaTrap DT2000XL IS BROKEN THE BALLEST DOSEN'T WORK I NEED REPLACE THE UNIT AND BUY NEW. I CAN'T REPLACE THE BALLEST THE PRICE IS HIGHT OR MAYBE SOME PRICE THE NEW UNIT DynaTrap DT2000XL AND NO THE ORIGINAL I NEED ADAPTER.

Works well in our bug zapper. Good value for the price.

It was difficult to turn the light bulb when I replaced it. One bulb I replaced did not light up.

I use this product frequently. The replacement bulbs were delivered timely and in new condition.

Great low cost option

I found these tubes hard to install, 1 st tube went in okay but 2nd one did not...once 1st tube in didn't work at 1st, thought maybe both tubes needed to be in to light up, & after a bit the 1st light came on. When finally got 2nd tube in, had extremely hard time getting it to lock in & other light went out when I did. So unscrewed 2nd tube & 1st one came back on. So I just left the 1st one secured as I at least had one light. I don't remember the original Dynatrap lights being hard to install & work.I knew something was off. I looked at the old tube & the new tube & they both looked exactly the same at the prong ends. So I thought maybe the new tubes were either smaller or bigger than original Dynatrap lights.I found out that they were not the same.....the replacement tubes were slightly longer by about 1/4", I figured out that when the 2nd tube was put in it must have pushed the prongs out just enough that the other tube lost contact & when the 2nd tube loosened from being tightened in the other tube lit back up.So the replacement 1 acre tubes weren't exactly replacements as they were off just enough that they both couldn't work but one alone could.I do not know why Dynatrap does not continue to make their own brand lights anymore....I never had any problems replacing them, they usually lasted for about 4 months. I bought extra replacements at the time so didn't need to replace until this year. If the tubes were just a smidge smaller they'd be fine. Don't know if one light will work or not...were still going thru all 4 seasons of weather every week yet. Would not buy this brand replacement again. don't know if any of the others are any better or not.
