WOW!
I have an IMMACULATE 2001 Yamaha Wolverine that is my "toy". I try my best to keep this as clean as it is yet not being afraid to go out and have it covered in mud. Unfortunately, my best friend was riding this and broke the original headlight covers and one headlight assembly. I bought a set of the aftermarket lights available here (and elsewhere) and they're not worth the trash they're made out of. Sure, they "LOOK" like OE lights, but they're a literal "DEATH WISH" as you can't see 5' in front of the machine at night with them on high or low. I bought these because they're round and look close enough to the original lights. I also bought a small pair of square flood lights that I mounted beneath the front cargo rack so I could retain both a low and a high beam setting. HOLY ****! You won't BELIEVE how well, how far, how clearly you can see with these turned on! Sure I had to modify the bases of these so they would fit in the original mounts on the front "rack" (or bumper, whatever you want to call it) but it was 100% worth it. I only wish I had known about these a long time ago as the visibility at night with these is infinitely superior to the original lights! I bought the same brand of spot lights for the low beam and these lights are well worth the cost. The wiring they come with is not "up to par" with what I would use, nor is any switches they offer, but I didn't need any of that anyway as I used the factory wiring so I retain the factory light switch with low and high beam settings. With the low beams being mounted low and pointed low and slightly to the side, they completely illuminate EVERYTHING to the front and a few feet to the sides for 15 feet or so and when you turn this particular set of FLOOD LIGHTS on WOW! You can see at least 75 yards, CLEARLY! I even saw a bear that froze the instant the lights hit him! BIG BEAR to boot, at least 700lbs! Had I gone screaming up the trail as I normally would had, there's a realistic chance the bear panics and runs across the trail and one of us hits him, possibly getting someone hurt or killed. There was just an accident on I 81 just south of Scranton, Pa in late July or early August '23 with a man dying as he hit a deer on his Harley! We have a TON of deer, bear and just about every other kind of wild animal in abundance here in NE Pa. I had a friend who wrecked his ATV and spent 4 weeks in traction 15 years or so ago when he was at top speed on his Raptor and a large bear stood up on the trail directly in front of him. He didn't hit the bear but lost control of his machine and was LUCKY to have slowed down to maybe 30mph when he hit a large tree, fracturing his sternum, breaking a bunch of ribs, puncturing a lung as well as breaking his pelvis, right hip and crushing his right leg! I wasn't with him when this happened, but our friends came and got me as I had to help ferry two EMT's to and from the accident scene and they had to extract him using a helicopter. I know most people who buy these aren't buying them for an ATV/quad, but WHATEVER reason you're looking at these, I HIGHLY recommend them!!! For those looking to use these on an ATV/UTV..... The amperage draw on these is LESS than the Halogen low or high beam draw on my machine, and important measurement as you'll continually fry your voltage regulator IF you're drawing many more amps than the original lights did. SO you have no worries of harming the electronics on your machine as these actually draw less amperage despite providing 50x as much light! The 50x is a guess as I don't have a way to measure how many lumens the original lights provide or what these provide, although I'm sure the manufacturer can tell you.

Lights for Tractor
I put them on my Case 4230 tractor for night bush hogging. They work great and are super bright. I can bush hog at night with ease. 10/10 recommend

For the price, you can’t beat the value.
I’ve run many different brands of work lights for years, from Hella, Ecco, Etc. For normal use on small machines, trailers, etc, you can’t beat the value. I installed a set of these on a friends excavator years ago, and they still work great. I bought these for an equipment trailer rebuild project, and considering where these will be located, they will be somewhat sacrificial due to the location. They’re pretty bright, well constructed, and the hardware isn’t bad for the price. I’d buy again.

Perfect for lighting a flagpole
I didn't want a whimpy solar system to light the flagpole and since the flagpole is also a shortwave antenna, I didn't want a noisy AC powerline near it. Hence the 12V DC powered LEDs seemed like the only sensible solution. These lights are great but the questions and comments were not really helpful for me. Here are my comments.1. Brightness. These lights are crazy bright.2. Power. The 27 Watts is a total for the two lights. I measured each at 13.4 W. This is important in my application since I am running about 100 feet of 14/2 direct burial cable. The resistance is about 2 ohms per 1000 feet. But because it is a 12V system the current is a significant part of the calculation. These lights require about 3 Amps. The total voltage drop across the cable is (3 x .1 x 2) Volts for about 0.6 Volt loss. Any more than that and I would want to either raise the voltage, go with larger wire or use a smaller light.4. Bracket. Fabrication of the bracket was pretty straight forward. I used a weatherproof electrical box to house the wiring and a 12V photocell. A 12 inch section of 1 1/2 inch perforated angle iron and a U bolt tied the whole thing together. A little spray paint and there you go..5. Flood vs Spot. I ordered the flood version of the light. Shortly after ordering I realized I really wanted the spot version and could have had it in the square package for about $2 more. When I received the light I quickly wired it to a 12V adapter, laid it on my desk and shined it at the ceiling. T my surprise it actually is a spot light. The beam spread out from 4 Inches to approximately 24 inches in the six feet from my desktop to the ceiling. Since the mounting point will be 18 feet below the top of the flag, I could expect approximately 6 feet of coverage for my 3 x 5 flag. I realize the flag waving diameter is 10 feet for a 3 x 5 but then again the spotlight beam does extend somewhat beyond the 6 foot pattern. The light on the flag is beautiful.

I would call this a spot light not a flood light
The light pattern is definitely more of a spot light rather than a flood light. It is bright, just very focused. I ended up returning because I needed a flood light.

Approximately 1400 lumens .... toggle switch is very handy
I ordered these lights exclusively because they have a built in toggle switch, that would make them more flexible. I wanted them to mount on the rear of my new compact tractor. The toggle switch would save having to install dash mount switches, ....1 for a front facing light and another for the one I wanted to mount to face behind the tractor. With toggle switches, I needed less wiring harness, and no additional switches to make everything work. ( Very few compact tractors seem to come standard with rear worklights. The companies seem to want a person to buy their OVER PRICED worklight kits, which after examining one, is an inferior halogen light ). At 1400 lumens, mounted on the ROPS, these are superior to the standard tractor headlights, especially when those are hidden behind a front end loader.

Good quality for the money.
The lights and mounts look quality, I like the fact there’s no plastic in the exterior construction. Lights are very bright. I’ve yet to test them for waterproofing but I’m feeling confident. They look great. Bottom line is for the money I don’t think I could have done better.

Excellent value product
I installed these on a snowblower that previously did not have a light package. LED lights are known for their brightness and clarity, and these greatly improved my visibility in low light or snowy conditions. They helped me too see obstacles, snowbanks, or other hazards more clearly, thus improving my safety during operation. I wish they had a waterproof plug connection on the wiring, but was easily solved by installing wire clips.
