These are amazing briefs. They fit comfortably, the tape is strong and can be readjsuted, and their absorbancy is as good as advertised. They are truly trustworthy for overnight use between the absorbancy, the fit, and the leak guards.Like many others I have used megamax as well, and I prefer these.

These are great!! As someone with urinary incontinence issues who prefers to use 'premium' diapers, it was getting hard to afford the supplies I need with other brands raising their prices due to recent events but even before s&s or other discounts these are an amazing price. These are definitely most comparable to a Megamax, similar sizing but I think a different plastic material is used on the outside (I like how this one feels better). I also like the lack of a logo plastered all over the wings, and the landing zone for the tapes covers a good amount of area. The strength of the adhesive is pretty good, but maybe too good sometimes since I've had holes rip when untaping some. When dry the thickness isn't noticable under clothes, but since these can hold a decent amount of liquid they do swell up a lot.

The Sunkiss adult diapers are a great diaper for dealing with severe urinary incontinence. I ordered these to get by with, while waiting for my regular night-time diapers to arrive as delivery was a week late. This diaper is extremely comfortable. The overall cut of the diaper fits really well over the hips. There is not a bunch of access that hangs down the side. The outer shell is a bit thicker than most adult diapers, but is very comfortable against the skin, and has a little give when fasten snugly. The inner is supper soft and extremely absorbant. It wicks moisture well, but is not completely odor free. Though it has better odor control than most, once you get into the third wetting, there is a slight odor. The adhesive tapes and landing zone work great. love that they make it in pink as opposed to just white. but I would love to see a blue diaper and mayba few other colors. It's nice to have something other than medical diaper white, when using diapers is a medical requirement. If you are on the fence about this diaper give it a try

This review is for the Sunkiss Masterpiece size Large. This diaper is exactly the same in function, looks, and design as the Northshore Megamax; INCLUDING the Megamax's major flaw! I will get to the flaw in a moment. I bought a case of 40 of these diapers as it was time to order more. I suffer from overactive bladder, nocturnal enuresis, urinary retention, and urge incontinence. So I have to wear a diaper especially at work considering I mostly run a store by myself. On days where I have massive amounts of customers, it makes it hard to get to the restroom when I need to. I decided to wear one of the sunkiss masterpiece diapers to work today for a 12 hour shift. Today was one of those days where I was running around non stop due to heavy foot traffic in the store. So these got put to use. They were filled almost to max capacity at the end of the shift and didn't sag. And the core material had only started to disintegrate and clump by that time. Outstanding performance! Let's discuss the flaw though. The Northshore Megamax's issue is splitting wide open on the front of the diaper when squatting or bending over. I bought these diapers in the hopes they wouldn't have that issue. It wasn't even an hour into my shift and they split wide open right about the same area the Megamax does when I bent down to pick something up. Very dissappointing. My solution to this has been to reinforce the front landing zone where the tapes attach with duct tape or packing tape. If I do that, neither the Megamax nor the Sunkiss Masterpiece split open and I can wear either of them knowing the diaper won't rip; spilling used core material all over the place. Easy solution to a major flaw. As far as cost goes, the Sunkiss is cheaper. A case of 40 Megamax on Northshore's website goes for 119.99 before 17 dollar shipping and tax. If you spend at least 150 dollars then it's free shipping. On Amazon the same quality Sunkiss Masterpiece goes for 109.95 for a case of 40 diapers. I have Amazon Prime which makes for free one day shipping/delivery. And the taxes bump up the total to 111 dollars and some change. That is much more affordable when buying premium heavy duty diapers. The masterpiece comes in two colors; pink and white. If you buy white though, you can only buy a 10 count bag. The 40 count case only comes in pink. I don't mind wearing pink though. But I know that others might not like that. So for the fact that these rip apart just like the Megamax and the lack of color options and case availability I am only giving these 4 stars. But these are definitely good long lasting diapers when reinforcing the front with strong tape and overall cost is cheaper too! Will definitely get these again!

As a bedwetter, I wear overnight to save my sheets and mattress. These are extremely comfortable to wear. They fit really well, and I had no leaks overnight. As others have said these are highly comparable to the Megamax, and is the reason I ordered them.If you have to wear during the day, be aware that these are not very discreet. They are thick and swell even more once they are wet. They are also plastic backed, so if you are moving around, they will be crinkly. These are both qualities that make them great for overnight use though.Pink would not be my first choice, but it was the only color I could get same day as I ran out of my Megamax before I got my usual monthly order. For those that do like pink, I would say the color does look good if that is important to you. I would like to see more color options like black or maybe red because if I have to wear a diaper to bed I may as well like how they look. There is also no branding on the diaper at all, which I do like.Overall, I think these are great and would definitely order them again (preferably not pink though lol).
