Bag is nice but unable to scan the qr code for warranty purpose....otherwise bag is cute

I am using the bag since 1 year , although the bag and chain quality is good .But the handle adjustment is many times trouble me to adjustment and locking of handle slips

The quality of product is not good at all. They have delivered the used or damaged product. The bag has all the straches on it. The wheels are damaged even the zips are broken. Over all the product is not good. Before delivering the things kindly do check it and then deliver it to customers.
