Packaged well for delivery, instructions were fine and video really helpful. Whilst probably easier with 2 people I managed fine putting it together on my own. Really good product for price and well made. Very happy.

The quality control is way off the mark with these. Especially at the prices sold for. I took a few pictures but honestly could have taken tons more.. Screws are blasted through all over making a mess on both sides. Trellis not evenly spaced so look off by eye. Support beams not in centre, nor lined up or screwed in solid. Cracked wood just left and sent out. If you're spending time putting them on a pallet, then at least check your workmates standard of work...Alot of the wood was warped/twisted so difficult to line up important areas, but can be done. Its a shame as its a wonderful Arbour.. Just shockingly put together and i found myself going over absolutely everything to make sure it was done properly and replaced all damaged bits.. Then had to go over a few bits with an orbital sander.. Standards people... Standards

The product itself is excellent and will last for years, really pleased with it. However, the instructions are terrible. I just kept referring back to the photo on Amazon and zoomed in where required to work it out. You cannot work out how to put it together from the instructions which are vague and have tiny black and white images - no help at all!

Well-designed and solidly built, this is an excellent arbour/corner pergola for the price. Assembly is fairly straightforward if you follow a YouTube video—there may be slight variations, but common sense will see you through.We're already enjoying it in the warm weather; the dappled shade created by the roof and sides offers welcome respite from the heat. A climbing plant like clematis would complement the structure beautifully and enhance its irenic charm.We attached a string of solar lights which suit it well.The seats easily accommodate four and are angled well for comfort.

Nicely finished wood and great design. Our landscapers put it together, but they said the instructions were useless and they followed a YouTube video. The cats love it, just waiting for warmer days to enjoy it ourselves.

Instructions are poorly copied and unreadable. However very helpful when I rung and had a moan. They sent the readable version and extra screws which didn't come initially

Fantastic product. As described, great value for money, good quality, quick delivery, great communication from seller/courier, comfortably sit four adults. Took one and half hours to assemble on my own. Recommend using YouTube video from the amazon link for assembly as it was very simple and I was able to pause at frequent and clear intervals in order to catch up.

Ok but not great joints and gaps where there should have been a better finish. Not screwed together very carefully and quite big holes where the screws have gone in too far. When I fastened the various sections together I have done a much better job of getting the screws flush with the wood rather than spoiling the finish.
