I got this for my small dog (Pekinese) he can barely hold it in his mouth he does try and he fails he loves the toy but looses interest cause he can’t carry it. I can only say I was disappointed that he loves the bouncing and flashing lights but again loose interest cause he can carry it where he wants. For a bigger dog this would be a very nice toy. Just not made for small dogs with small mouths. For the price I spent on this toy I’m very upset. Yes I could have sent it back but instead I gave it to another dog owner with a bigger dog at the dog park. She tells me her dog just loves it.Update seller reached out and offered a full refund right away. I declined the refund 1 because I gave it to another dog at the park who I hear just loves it. 2 it wouldn’t be right for me to except it. So for that alone I will give 5 stars and say thank you to the seller for responding in such a short time but if they have a smaller ball I would love to give it a try.

This ball moves very little, and it has to be charged frequently. I have found it easy to charge, but very difficult to turn on. When it is working, my dog enjoys it. Works best on hardwood floors, but does move on carpet.

Read a few reviews and well, this does exactly what it said it would in each mode.Some say won’t bounce, just vibrates and rolls, need to look up the definition of bounce, it bounces, clears the floor enough not to scare a dog, clears the floor enough to be a bounce, probably thinking it would bounce like a basketball!Your dog was scared, I recommend using the gentle setting.Button to hard to push, work on your hand strength, it’s not that hard, it’s hard enough so a dog can’t push it in.

The idea is fantastic, & the ball definitely works best on hard floors. After 1 day our golden doodle puppy chewed the outside rubber, causing the inside piece to break. Not worth the money at all. Bummer.

I have a 5 month old toy Aussie. He will play with the ball for a minute or so then he will pick it up in his mouth and take it to his bed and watch it for a minute then leave it. My puppy weighs 6 lbs. he is not very big at all. I was afraid when I ordered it that it might be too big. It wasn’t I would say it’s too small. I ordered the bigger ball and wow what a difference he played with it until I stopped him. It was too big for him to carry. He liked the most aggressive mode and the ball bounced and jumped and kept him eager to play. This little ball did not. Also I had a hard time inserting probe to charge and also taking probe out. It was very hard to change mode ball in the area where you change I could barely do it with two hands. I would not buy this again and I wouldn’t recommend. It might work for a timid cat or puppy. Get the bigger ball you will be glad you did.

It's fun and it moves on it's own, but it's a little bit too hard for most small or medium size dogs. You won't be throwing this thing much.

This is the second I bought (for a friend) after my dog loved hers! Even when I charge it, she gets excited to play with it again. I love the difference action modes.I also bring it out for the puppies I foster as one of their first toys and they love to chase it and it’s small enough for them to carry.

We have a Boston Terrier and not even 20 minutes into play this broke. The inner piece twisted and didn't line up with the hole anymore. We were worried it would break more and could harm our dog if he continued to play. We had high hopes for this toy with how much it is. Not worth the money just to be thrown in the trash
