We recently purchased MSG from Amazon, and it has completely transformed our cooking. The umami flavor it adds is phenomenal as it provides a rich, savory, and deeply satisfying sensation without overpowering the dish. Just a small pinch makes soups, stir-fries, sauces, and even simple vegetables taste restaurant-quality. It dissolves easily, has no noticeable taste on its own, but enhances other ingredients beautifully. We’ve found it especially useful in Asian dishes, but it works just as well in Western recipes like stews, tomato sauces, and even scrambled eggs. We dont often make Western recipes as we tend to eat more South Asian dishes, however, even adding MSG to it enhances the overall taste significantly. What we also appreciate is that it allows us to reduce salt without sacrificing taste which is perfect for anyone watching their sodium intake or are health concious. There’s a lot of unnecessary stigma around MSG, but after researching and tasting the difference firsthand, we’re fully on board. It’s safe, effective, and now a permanent part of our spice rack. This MSG is pure, fine, and enhances the flavour of dishes beautifully. No additives and easy to measure. Works well in soups, sauces, and stir-fries. A small amount goes a long way, and quality feels premium.

Amazing. One of the things I love about asian dishes is the MSG they add which makes the dish taste incredibly better. I finally ended up buying some MSG to try myself and its great. Will 100% keep buying and can’t recommend enough for making asian dishes. 10/10

Ordered this instead of the 200g pack by mistake. The msg is the same, but half as much for the same price. Great stuff though. I'm this close to putting it in my coffee.
