This is such a fun little instrument. It has the note letters on the pins. Makes it super easy for beginners to learn how to plan an instrument and learn notes/sheet music. I'm able to play "Unchained Melody" nicely on this since I know how to play that song on guitar.

Came on time ..beautiful Kalimba...the tone is gorgeous.....I recommend this for any child that's musically inclined...my grandson loves this!

I purchased this for my adult son who is in the music industry. Before wrapping this gift, I wanted to check it out, because of the low price. I was shocked at the beautifully made instrument I was holding. Played around with it and was very happy with the tone quality of such a simple design. I could not understand the beginner's music provided and will purchase music separately. Without any idea of how to play, as I was strumming around, sounded a bit like a spa. Of course, I ordered a 2nd one for my son. This one remains on our coffee table for easy access. Guests love it!

I got this to play the Zelda’s Lullaby theme from OoT as part of my erotic cosplay.The unit was easy to tune and learn. Simply download tabs from the internet and practice. It was so quick to pick up that I was able to add additional songs from TOTK, BOTW, and ALTTP to my routine.Yes, I’m a dork. So what?!

The media could not be loaded. I got this to add to my collection of instruments for sound healing, and this is the first time I've used a kalimba so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I love how lightweight and portable it is, but I think it will take me a bit of time to get the hang of playing any specific songs. My use for it will likely be more for healing sounds rather than specific songs. I didn't find the manual to be as helpful as I would like, and it doesn't give any guidance on the key stickers, hammer, thumb covers, or some of the other key details that are shown only in the Amazon listing. This is fine for me, but if you give this as a gift, your recipient might be confused. I also find the smaller/outer keys to be kind of dull sounding and harder to get a pleasant tone out of them. Overall, I think I will like this more as I research more about how to properly use it. As a side note, I know you typically play with both hands, but for my video, I could only play with one while filming.

my kids loves playing this thing, its like a mini piano , they can take it everywhere they go , good if you want to keep them away from the phone. quality is good, doesnt feel cheap
