Great extraction of coffee giving great taste. Frothing is as good as a batista in many coffee shops. Huge variety of hot and cold drinks. while i am fully into espresso but as the name of the machine said, Explore. I tried cold coffee for a first time and it turned to be great specially cold brewed cappuccino. True the machine is fully plastic and seems not thick as my other Severin machine but build is still great.

For those who have issues with milk frother after descaling read this - this is most likely due poor engineering design, but there's a solution! If you are experiencing that your milk jug is no longer giving you the right froth do the following - fill the black milk jug to the max sign with regular TAP water (not bottled) and select Hot Milk on the machine. Wait till the jug is completely empty (may require selecting Hot Milk twice). Repeat this cycle several times (for me it took about 5-7 cycles) and it should then work fine. Apparently, there needs to be some scale build up for the frothing to function properly. Enjoy your coffee.

Have the second machine, it does not frott any milk, impossible to make a cappuccino or so. Even when cleaning the milk carafe as described it does not work, it simple does not take the milk from the carafe. Safe your time and energy as is creates the biggest frustration when you try to make a coffee in the morning.

The milk frother stoped working after 6 months. De’Longhi service center rejected to help in any way referring we must contact the seller “Amazon”.
