Switch connects and lights turn on the dock but controls don't work. There are no instructions on the page, box, or manual. Tried turning on pro wired controller as others suggested but that didn't solve the issue.

Works after 10 minutes takes so much time

I've only had for a day so can't comment on longevity. I see other 1 star reviews on things like not being able to connect it. Well those users aren't the brightest because they are trying to connect it wirelessly as a wired controller. Need to go to settings to enable usb controllers. I had no issues with mine connecting. The rgb is basic yet sleek imo. I previously purchased one with the lightning rgb and honestly it's just tacky. It's comfortable and seems rigid enough. However yes just like all of these the plastic is ok. Durable enough. But I do wish nintendo made a first party premium version. Or someone like razer. Looks wise I think this is one of the better ones although u will see numerous ones on here from different vendors that are identical down to the packaging.

Wanted something like this for the switch. I was looking at the Nitro Deck and the Retroflag. The nitrodeck with shipping is insanely priced. The retroflag looks like a kids toy. So I wanted a black sleek look and of course, good functionality. This Binbok grip controller nailed it. There isn't many reviews about the grip online compared to the binbok joycons. However, this thing is great. Feels really good, the buttons are grown up sized and the flare in the grip style for your palms and the thumbstick locations are excellent. The oled switch fits very nicely and the back is felt so it doesn't scratch the switch. Overall very pleased with this product. The led lights are just ok, I didn't care for them personally. I do find they are distracting and turn them off for game time. The grip also stands up by itself. Not mentioned anywhere, I was suprised by this. You can put youtube on and stand it up and watch away. No flaps or funny gimicks, just flats in the mold. There is some deadzone in the thumbsticks, I noticed it by trying to notice it but in even fortnite, bioshock, ghost busters, mario 3d, mario kart, limbo, tetris, they are fine. The buttons feel good. You can adjust the led's or turn them off, there are a bunch of rumble settings, progammable back buttons that are nice, turbo button for what that's worth. I really like this controller. I also enjoy the led's while the switch is charging.*****Edit: After owning for a few weeks, I have found that you cannot play all games on this. Mostly so far just some titles from the emulated games from older systems. Functionality is still great and working like it should.

El producto tiene buen diseño y ergonomía, y aunque el plástico y materiales no son de alta calidad tampoco está tan mal, digamos que tiene una calidad media. les dejo algunas fotos para que se animen a comprarlo, en ellas se puede ver cómo queda la switch original a los costados faltando le unos milímetros para que encaje a la perfección sin embargo cabe mencionar que aunque queden esos espacios o huecos la switch queda muy firme, aparte el grip tiene unos protectores para que no se raye la consola tanto por enfrente y la parte de atrás. Los botones se sienten muy bien ni duros ni suaves, y los que se pregunten si la consola se calienta por qué el grip no tiene los orificios para la ventilación déjenme decirles que por la parte de abajo si entra aire y tiene unas endiduras para que el aire circule bien, he jugado 3 horas seguidas Zelda TOTK y he sacado la switch del grip para revisar la temperatura y la switch no está caliente. Solamente me hubiese gustado que incluyeran los adaptadores de plástico de los costados para que la switch original entrara a la perfección y así evitar esos huecos y la firmeza estuviera mucho mejor. Resumiendo y calificando honestamente le doy un 8.5 de 10 y puedo decir que es una excelente compra y hace que la switch en modo portátil se sienta a otro nivel.

I love how comfortable it is in the hand. My only gripe is that it doesn't have HD rumble, but otherwise is great for what you pay for it. I only just got it today, so I may update later on how it stands the test of time.

Make sure you turn on pro controllers.I did this while waiting for the controller to arrive as my son's original controllers broke. This is the perfect addition to his oled, he loves the fact that he can change the lights and that it is sturdy. It charges the device with no issues and they even included an additional charging cable.
