Only used once, easy to set up. Connected to my pressure washer no problem. Handy little plastic piece that hooks over the outside tap to be able to wrap and and store the hose. At first I thought the size was short but once water is in the hose it expands to the correct size. Not sure how it'll be with puncture but it seems quite sturdy. For the price I would recommend.

This item is substandard the head has cracked and the connection is leaking. As it’s a unique connector it will not allow a new connection to stop it leaking. I bought this in June 2023 and I am requesting a full refund,

Had the hose a few months and seemed ok. However on only the third time of using the hose has a pin hole in it resulting water spurting out. I expected better quality to be honest. The sprinkler gun is of not bad quality but the hose is poorly constructed. If it wasn't that I'd had it for a few months I would have returned the item. Wouldn't recommend.

The hose is fab, exactly what I needed. However, the attachment for the indoor tap wasn't very reliable. It kept popping off when I turned the water up. My advice, perfect if you have 2 people to operate. Not so ideal if you're a lonely singleton, that just wants something in her life to feel love(the plants) and end up skid dashing through the house to switch the tap off when it all goes wrong!

This is the easiest and most useful hose ever. Excellent for watering plants. No leakage at all from fittings. Full control of water on / off. You watch the hose expand as water flows through it and contract when you stop the water. It is ingenious. As a user of the traditional green/yellow reeled hard garden hose all of my life - this is like a revelation. Ten thousands times more useful. The best part is no leaking parts, great spraying options and no mucky or twisted hose to reel in after use. This hose just folds around the tap or around the wall mount supplied. 10/10

Bought in Sept 2023, made sure I stored it correctly (away from very cold or very hot weather) and it was working well, but has now developed a leak (May 2025). Am buying another as it was perfect for my garden, but would expect it to last a little longer.
