This headlamp comes with the lights and the strap. It does not come with a USB A or USB C cable to charge the device, but you should have one lying around nonetheless. The front light has a zoom feature, where you can adjust the intensity of the light at the expense of field of view. This is clunky to use at best, and sometimes requires two hands to turn. The lens of the light can also come off, which allows you to easily clean the lens. There are two sidelights that can be turned on only when the front light is off. These are less bright than the front light but have a higher field of view, so it illuminates more of your surroundings. The lights should do the job, but won't illuminate much further than 20 meters away effectively. The lights are controlled by the power button on the top of the device. You may have to search for it a bit if you have the light mounted on your head. Here's what each respective click does. First click - full power front light. Second click - dimmer front light. Third click - strobe mode. Fourth click - Side lights on, front light off. Fifth click - Flashing LEDs, flashes red, blue, and white light. Not sure what this mode is for. The sixth click turns off the headlamp. I dislike how you have to cycle through all options before you can turn the light off, but it shouldn't be too much of an issue. The build quality isn't that great either - it's all plastic, and I'm not sure if it will survive multiple falls. It's bright enough so that you can avoid obstacles however, so you probably won't be falling with this on. Finally, wearing the headlamp isn't uncomfortable - you'll feel it on your head, but it shouldn't affect you too much. The fabric elastic can stretch quite far, so I have no doubt it can fit on any size head. Overall these are decent - they're inexpensive and you get a good flashlight for the price. However, this is definitely not the strongest flashlight, so if raw power is your concern this isn't going to cut it.

I bought 2 of these head lamps, one for my husband and one for myself. He’s a bit rough on things like that so I was a bit sceptical since they where so cheap and didn’t look like it was made of quality material. But I must say we have used both of them almost every day since we got them about a month ago. We are very pleased with both of them… it passed the toughness test with hubby lol. The only complaint about them is the motion sensors function, it to sensitive and goes on and off it you’re to close to objects But all in all a very good light and a super reasonable price. First, the first product picture in the product page is completely out of scale, the headlamp is much smaller compared to a hand than the picture shows but it is at an awkward size. The design looks somewhat like a camera and honestly more bulky than needed to be. This means it's not the best to wear since its heavier and sticks out much further, and the different light modes did not seem super helpful with an average brightness. At around 15 dollars with discounts, this is fine as a purchase and still has USB C charging going for it.
