This has done nothing other than trigger congestion for me. The insert says that no allergic reactions have been noted. But I decided to try this during the day before sleep, and it was a disaster. I am now thoroughly congested and the skin in and around my nose is irritated. If you want to try these and you have allergies, I can’t recommend them.

Love them. Doesn't help my snoring cuz it's tounge at back of throat but it does help my nightly nose clog that happens when I lay down!

Be careful!! I got these for my son and at first he loved them said they helped so much and would even wear them while awake. The issue started when he didn’t sanitize them in between a use. This resulted in him getting a sinus infection. We figured out it must be from this because he has never had one before.

They did the job somewhat. I do believe it is quite expensive just for a couple pieces of plastic, especially if It is not comfortable at all with either sizes since it gets irritating after a few minutes. From my experience, every night I would try and sleep with them I would wake up with them gone, they will not stay on your nose and it did not improve my sleep whatsoever. Buy at your own discretion.

while it’s not the comfiest thing in the world, I would say nothing you’re inserting into your nose is going to feel awesome, and that’s just a given. it makes a huge difference in my ability to breath and for me that’s worth having something in my nose; if you’re going to be super bothered by something resting in your nose, this is not the product for you. it’s also worth noting that i have piercings on both nostrils, and this still worked great. i also noted that some people said this was too big, and i really feel like that’s not going to be an issue for the average person. unless you know that you have a tiny nose compared to the general population you should be fine.

I was a breathe right user, but got sick of the cost and the sticky glue on my nose every morning. I saw a bunch of similar products that you had to apply small pads to the outside of your nose to get them to work. This was the only solution that went inside your nose, we was reusable and opened your air channel while sleeping. Honestly, I was skeptical at first. But they were relatively inexpensive and worth trying. I bought the two pack with the small and medium. I’m a fairly big guy, 6 foot six 230 pounds and my nose is average size I would say. Wasn’t sure if small or medium would be big enough. But I was pleasantly surprised. I could use both with no problem. I would recommend this product. It takes a bit to get used to it being in your nose, but I wear them every night now and I’m a fan.

Even the small is HUGE! This is so uncomfortable to put into the nose - I sneezed tons of times and then got a bloody nose with the small size, all within 10 minutes. Even when inserted all the way (had to literally push and hold it in because it was so humorously big), it didn't hold open my nostrils at all and just blocked most of my nasal airway, making it super difficult to breathe through my nose. Blocking the nasal passage entirely kind of defeats the purpose of nasal dialation... The plastic does not feel medical grade and it sharp on the edges, which cut the inside of my nose. Customer service phone number just rings, nobody even answers. There is no alternative to the phone number. I honestly wonder if this is even a real company. Honestly, overall these are a ridiculous scam and are super expensive compared to their competitors. With the price, I was hoping for a superior product and figured I could return if it didn't work since I was purchasing from amazing, but SURPRISE they are not returnable... I rarely ever review here even though I purchase from Amazon literally every single day, but this was such a horrible product and even worse customer service that I felt the need to warn others!

Funktioniert wirklich wie versprochen! Angenehm zu tragen, nach dem ersten unangenehmen Moment merkt man nichts mehr, außer dass man wirklich deutlich mehr Luft bekommt. Schlafe besser und fühle mich ausgeruht!

Non recensisco mai un prodotto, ma trovo che sia necessario farlo in questa situazione perchè avrei voluto leggere questa recensione quando stavo cercando una soluzione per migliorare la respirazione. Recensisco dopo più di una settimana di utilizzo, durante la quale sono successe un po' di cose. All'inizio la sensazione è che si respiri meglio, ed effettivamente la spinta meccanica sulla parete interna della narici fa il suo dovere egregiamente. Il flusso d'aria è nettamente superiore rispetto al normale, soprattutto per chi ha le narici che tendono a collassare su se stesse per via dell'aria che entra nel naso. Anche l'espirazione è favorita, aiutando a eliminare tutta la CO2 accumulata. Il prodotto è davvero leggero e per chi non ha troppe pretese sembra quasi di non averlo, tanto che io lo utilizzo sia di notte che di giorno. Tuttavia, durante i primi tentativi è normale che si crei una leggera irritazione sulle pareti del setto, dato che la leggerissima pressione, se prolungata nel tempo, danneggia lievemente la cute e la mucosa. A ovviare il problema ci sono un paio di soluzioni: la prima è dare tempo al tempo. L'irritazione iniziale scomparirà col passare dei giorni e il corpo si abituerà. La seconda, che in realtà non ho provato, ma che mi sembra ragionevole, è di applicare una modestissima porzione di lubrificante. Tutto sommato è un prodotto economico che mi ha completamente cambiato la vita: la respirazione è molto migliorata (da notare che si può usare anche durante le attività sportive e devo dire che anche qui si sente parecchio la differenza) e benché non sia la cosa più bella e comoda del mondo si presta a evitare operazioni di settoplastica.

Article vraiment efficace ! Dès la mise en place (facile), on sent plus de débit d'air, la respiration est améliorée, et les ronflements disparaissent ! Beaucoup de confort gagné pour le conjoint, et pour soi-même. Je sens que mon sommeil est de meilleure qualité, je me réveille moins fatigué, et je me souviens de mes rêves. Il y a vraiment un avant et un après. Certes, il faut s'habituer un peu au dispositif (ça chatouille un peu parfois), et il arrive qu'on le perde durant la nuit (si on se frotte sur un oreiller), ce n'est pas facile de le retrouver. J'aurais voulu mettre 4,5/5 pour ces raisons, mais c'est un tel confort que je préfère arrondir au supérieur ! Reste à voir combien de temps/combien de nuits il dure, mais je pense que quoi qu'il en soit je ré-achèterai !
