Perfect for Homework out
This is a great workout bands. Perfect for home workout when you dont have time to visit a gym. I love that the bands comes in different resistance levels and in different colors. I also like that they don't slip - when used. A bit cheaper than others in the market. Overall, the quality of this product is great. If you're looking for resistance bands, this is worth to try.

Elastic and Good Quality Product
I like the elasticity and durability of this product. It comes with 5 resistance level whether you want it light, extra light, medium, hard, or extra hard. It serves its purpose very well and I am very much happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Doesn't pull your hair!
Nice! Doesn't pull hair or pinch (I need to use them for physical rehabilitation). On the other side they are not as stretchy as rubber bands. Rubber bands allow larger range of motion
