Exactly what I needed!
I was honestly surprised at how effective these soundproof wall panels are. I bought them to cut down on noise between rooms, and they’ve made a massive difference. Installation was super easy—just peel and stick—and they actually look really sleek on the wall. The material feels high quality, and you can tell it’s designed to absorb sound rather than just block it. Since putting them up, I’ve noticed way less echo, and outside noise has dropped significantly. Perfect for home studios, noisy neighbors, or just creating a quieter space in general. Definitely worth the money. I’ll be buying more as I have run short on the wall that’s pictured.

They are good
Dude, let me tell you about these Acoustic Sound Foam Panels I grabbed on Amazon - they're sick! I'm using them in my home studio and they've seriously upped my recording game. Putting them up was no biggie. The panels come with sticky backs that easily attach to any flat surface, and you can cut them to any size you need. Plus, they're super lightweight so you can move them around if you need to. But the real deal with these foam panels is how well they soak up sound. My studio used to sound like a cave with all that echo and reverb, but now it's way more controlled and legit. I'm noticing a huge difference in the quality of my recordings - everything sounds so much clearer and more defined. All in all, I definitely recommend the Acoustic Sound Foam Panels to anyone who wants to level up their sound game. They're affordable, easy to install, and straight-up effective. Whether you're a music head, podcaster, or video creator, these panels will definitely help you step up your game.

Look good but unsure they provide much sound proofing
Purchased for my sons room, he tends to make a lot of noise when gaming. Not noticed a great deal of difference even though placed in an area where his voice resonates. They look good on the wall, easy to put up, but need to be careful when peeling off the self adhesive cover as too much force can take the self adhesive element as well. Will look to purchase some more, not because of the sound dampening qualities, but to complete the look of the room

Looks great and works perfectly.
I bought the 6 pack of acoustic foam panels to create a quiet housing in which I can fit my server. The server houses many mechanical drives that backup my work and the constant clicking of hard drives is a distraction. I decided to move the server into a custom timber box which is lined in the JBER acoustic foam to deaden the noise - the project works perfectly and I would estimate that about 80% of the noise has been reduced, far quieter with the foam fitted than without. The box is lined on all walls excluding the bottom where the server sits on rubber feet. For airflow, the front of the unit is left open with the rear having holes cut where the extraction fans are located within the server housing. The box assembly is fitted with the rear facing a close wall on an upstand with the exhaust fans facing the wall - a square of the acoustic foam is attached to the wall to deaden the sound bounce effect from the fans. I can hear some slight noise from the front of the unit- but most of the sound was being generated towards the rear of the server, now greatly muffled via the JBER acoustic foam. (I was careful to allow good airflow and space for the heat from the cooling fans to escape). So, 10 out of 10 from me - the foam works perfectly and has provided a very noticeable reduction in noise - and it looks good (but is inside a box for my purposes unfortunately). Happy customer, would certainly recommend!

Quality product
I've seen some reviews saying these came with an adhesive tape, and others saying they don't. Mine did not. They did however 'puff up' straight away, look and feel good quality and actually seemed to reduce the noise from my neighbours already while just stacked up against the wall. I've not attached them to the wall properly yet, but expect them to do the job from what I've seen so far!

Bien immerger les mousses dans l’eau et bien laisser sécher avant de les fixer. De cette manière ils reprennent leurs formes initiale. Produit correct sans ce ruiner

this is the equivalent of filling a room with any fabric no noise absorption whatsoever this only helps to reduce echo in empty spaces just that

Haven't really tested the product, But they claimed that it's a "Rapid Expansion" Which is clearly not, It took 3 days to expand, Some of the panels aren't fully expanded, But the more you wait the better expansion.
