Love this vibration plate. It’s easy to use, very sturdy, and it’s not to hevay. It is a little bulky but I think it’s made to last. It has preprogrammed settings or you can set it how you want. The remote is handy so you can change the setting without having to bend over. It truly does work you out. I use it twice a day and can tell throughout the day the muscles have been worked.

I have no idea how I lived before I got this vibration plate. I was introduced to the product by my daughter-in-law and immediately ordered it for myself! The vibration plate is the perfect way for me to recover after my CrossFit workouts; I've not had the kind of lingering soreness that I used to have. I also find it amazingly soothing and use it as a stress reliever during the day. There is a lovely variety of pre-programmed options - so you can get a more vigorous 'shake' or something more comfortable. It's very quiet - you don't really hear it running so it doesn't bother anyone else in the room. It's a very sturdy product as well - so you don't feel like it's going to shake apart at any time. Amazing value for the money!! I am SO SO happy with this purchase!

I bought this product primarily to help with lymphatic drainage, which was still a problem several months after I had had a total knee replacement. (Both my physical therapist and massage therapist thought it would be helpful in reducing the ongoing inflammation in my knee.) In just the few days since I started to use it, I can tell that my inflammation has gone down significantly. The vibration plate is quiet and easy to use. I like that this model is large enough that I can move my legs closer together or further apart to change the intensity of the vibration. The remote control is very helpful. I also love that there is a lifetime warranty on the product. I appreciate the suggested exercises that came with the vibration plate and look forward to trying more of them once I'm not so focused on my knee.

Love the vibration plate , helps with water retention, muscle repair and stress. Very relaxing to me. My whole family loves it. Now all the resistance bands are cheap. The leg ones are tiny and unusable and the hand held band attach to the plate crooked and one has more resistance than the other. Using my own small weights help and I purchased other leg bands

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites... Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement! The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3. Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine. I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

I ordered this full size vibration plate after reading several reviews of similar products. The LifePro Waver fitness plate came up in several reviews as a good quality product. Pros: The vibration plate is heavy. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The vibration plate includes several nice accessories including a remote, four mini exercise bands and two large resistance bands. The Waver vibration plate works as expected and is very quiet in operation. The operating manual is well done - it’s clear and easy to understand. Cons: Two AAA batteries are required for the remote and were not included. Overall: This is a well made product and I would recommend it

My husband age 72 and I age 67 love our waver, we both have less back pain, is helping my husbands hip after having a TIA, a few years ago, & is walking without a limp now, I love it for exercising & toning my arms and abs, been using it for a few months & can see the results, also I have always had problems sleeping but not any more, I have recommended it to 3 of my friends and they bought them, and also love them & so happy that I recommended the waver, 1 had a hip transplant & said it has helped alot with his recovery & uses it everyday, another couple that bought the waver uses it 2-3 times everyday, the husband is 86yrs old & loves that he can get his exercise without going out in the cold, his wife is 84yrs old and has lupus & uses a walker, she says it has helped her tremendously with the swelling in her ankles, & she's getting feeling in her left foot again that she hadn't had for a long time til now, they are amazed how much this has helped her & hasn't had to take any pain meds in the last 2 weeks,(all she could do when she first started was sit in front of the waver and put her feet on it, she has gotten a better balance that she is able to stand now & it's helping her walk better I just bought my daughter one for Christmas, and so far she said she is liking it I highly recommend this waver to everyone no matter what age you are there are so many benefits from using this machine

I have been doing many activities to increase my metabolism and help my muscles. I'm 57 and thought I would give the vibration plate a try. I decided on the Lifepro due to good reviews as well as my own research. I am very happy with this machine! It's a good size, has lots of speeds (vibration levels) and I like that I can attach ropes to it for different exercises. I've used it many times and I am very happy. I really feel like it makes me sleep better and I actually think it's helping my circulation and lymphatic drainage. I've literally used it in so many ways, lol. I stand on it, sit on it, lay on it, etc. It's so cool to have in my own home!
