Meridians of the body Activity Book: learn meridians chart with fun ! 12-D Challenge for beginners - 100 pages

My brain is up in loops, I thought this would help simplify my learning the meridians but honestly it's just as complicated as just reading a book. Hmmm.. i thought it would be better at explaining

This book is full of great diagrams and pictures but in terms of taking you through 12 days of lessons, not really. It’s a good resource but not to really learn easily from as a beginner.

I think this book is nice, a simple colourful way to learn, but I think it’s too expensive (maybe worth between £10-£15). Could have included more draw in/where is this areas.
