This is exactly the type of lifting pads we were looking for. It’s so soft and comfortable and yet its very durable and strong. It is grippy and yet it doesn’t leave any residue on hand or weights. My hands stay cool now while working out. The glitter effect is so beautiful, I see it when the flash or sunlight is showing. It’s very flexible and love just playing with it. Fits right in your pocked or gym bag pocket. I use it as a coaster as well, for how or cold drinks. This product is easy to clean as well, just with water the dust just rinses off. Other pads I’ve had I had to scrub with soap, and it still didn't look brand new. Other workout pads held water when I washed it and the durability wore off. This is is waterproof and it looks brand new all the time. I’ll get few more different colors for the family and friends to gift.

Quite interesting technological rubberized hand pad more like rubber to the touch. Not very thin, not thick, quite medium, fits in the palm of an average person's hand. Lack of odor is a prerequisite of any other pads, which improves the work with it and not directly, when using it to lift slippery materials or training "cutting hand" tools. It doesn't stick to the palm of the hand and fits quite firmly without slipping. Of course, when using any other sports gloves to perform complex tasks is a priority, but to protect the palm from calluses or cuts this rubber overlay is better than anything else. It helps well for more difficult tasks, when special gloves are not able to hold a barbell weighing more than the fighter himself. As I said before, it does not stick to the hand and does not slip, which is an integral solution to ensure that heavy barbells and dumbbells are held without slipping and hold them tightly in a stable position.

Well…they do the job for sure. Grip is good (I mean it’s a square cut of sticky silicon) and it for sure protects your hands from calluses. They grip the bar as well and don’t move. You get 2 pairs, one thin and one thick. So far I’ve only used the thin and they are adequate. I wanted to be able to put them in my pocket and the this pair is good for that. I doubt I will use the thick pair as it’s just too much material however I can see some serious lifters choosing them first. No telling yet how long they will last. The bar chews up everything and there is no way they can survive that abuse long term. Value is still great regardless.

I have gotten weight lifting gloves- but I found that there was still too much if my hand on the weight causing calluses and discomfort- these wrap almost completely around my weights and work well

The silicone is nice and sticky. But the pad is too small. If you look carefully at the photo, you can just barely see the yellow Gecko pad underneath my hand, and on top of a red silicone gripper from a competitor. (I also included the other Gecko pad underneath my finger tips). The red competitor's gripper is a good size, but the Gecko is an inch narrower and a half inch less tall; the Gecko has to be positioned exactly or my hand ends up off it. I chose the 5mm thickness because I have Dupuytren's disease, which means I have odd nodules on my palm that get irritated by weight lifting. But even for me, the 5mm is too thick and makes my feel disconnected from the weight bar. Maybe the thinner version would have been better, but I would steer clear of these unless your hands are small to medium (I usually wear XL gloves).

I have gone through a lot of different pads and this by far is the best ever. The cushion is great and I don't feel the bar at all. It's also good to hold your phone on the incline bench.

This product is hands down the best on the market. I've found that it is very comfortable in my hand for pretty much every activity ranging from pull-ups to bench press and more. Many of the products I used in the past got smelly and collected the sweat because of the material, however, there was no issue at all with this product. I was a little concerned that when I get a little sweaty that it might be slippery, but to my surprise it wasn't at all. It's also a lot more durable than it looks. I tried pulling it as hard as I could and it went right back to it's original shape.
