I recently purchased these Rechargeable Emergency Radios Walkie Talkies for Adults, and I have been impressed with their performance. The inclusion of FM/NOAA, weather alerts, LED flashlight, and solar hand crank makes them versatile for outdoor use. I got this for my wife and I to travel with in case of emergency. It’s really cool with the hand crank and solar. The only downside is it’s made of plastic. I intend to get some thick black rubber bands to wrap around the edges to protect it from cracking. But for the price, it’s a cool gadget. I love knowing that if shit hits the fan at any point, my wife and I will be able to communicate and find each other. We even gave ourselves cute code names, lol. Love wins!

Top quality 2way radios that float. I would recommend buying a book on how to use these to their full potential.

I tried to use these in an emergency, when the electricity went out in my neighborhood. My mother had one walkie-talkie and I had the other. We live 4 miles away from each other. The crank charge does not work (no additional battery life after 6 hours of direct sunlight) and the solar charge does not work (no additional battery life after 30 minutes of cranking). We could not contact each other given out channels were calibrated before hand. These are for play, and not for real life emergency situations. I am very disappointed with this product. DO NOT BUY.

I like how it fits in the hand. It came without instructions but I'm sure I can Google it. The sound is OK but I'm I'm city so I don't know the distance yet. I think I'm going to like these.

I haf rated these a 4/5 until we tested their range. It was horrible and staticky at only 4 blocks away. These are advertised as 10 mile radius and the reality is a block or two. There was so much to love about these, but this is ridiculous. We will be returning.
