I purchased the Applied Nutrition | Endurance Caffeine Capsules 100mg, marketed as 'Velocity-Fuel Caffeine' with 'Quick Energy release.' I use caffeine for study and work, not exercise, and purchased this with the intention of adjusting dosage by breaking the capsules down. However, the product behaves differently than expected. The wakefulness effect is more gradual compared to similar products like Pro Plus tablets, which provide a faster effect despite a lower (50mg) caffeine dosage.In the end, I do prefer the lower, gradual intensity, but if you need a quick effect, a lower-powered Pro Plus tablet works better. The slower release could be due to added fillers like dicalcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose, which may delay absorption. Consumers deserve accurate information about the product's actual performance.Finally, the marketing is misleading. Caffeine does not mediate energy release; it is a stimulant that temporarily reduces cognitive fatigue and increases alertness by blocking adenosine receptors in the brain. Suggesting that caffeine directly facilitates energy release is misinformation. Applied Nutrition, please don’t mislead your consumers.

I have always suffered from feeling tired after eating but it's become worse as I've grown older. It's pribaly worse after my lunch and so I ordered these capsules.I've had one of these tablets after my lunches and they have kept me going through the day, no napping but still ready for my bed.I've been really happy and can definitely recommend. They aren't the smallest capsules but I haven't had any problems swallowing them myself and they are completely flavourless.They do the business - recoemmended.
