This thing is a beast. Problem for me is overloading it to the point that it's too heavy. But holds everything I need for most jobs. Ruggedly built and withstands a lot of punishment.

This may very possibly be the best bag (amongst its true comparables), but upon its arrival, I immediately noticed some things I will have to quickly "tweak" tomorrow (based on having used bags like this before), prior to loading it with gear, in order to make it last much longer (and perform better in the meantime): 1) Using a glue-filled syringe, with the bag upside-down, adhere the loose fabric on the bottom to the internal insert in several places, so when it's sitting upright, that fabric doesn't sag, reducing the possibility of it coming in contact with potential moisture/dirt it may sit upon from time to time, thus beginning its unfortunate demise (rotting / degrading / tearing, et cetera). 2) Inserting a trimmed sheet of thick black kydex into the bottom of the main compartment, to ensure better distribution of inserted weight to the feet, rather than to the flexible center, causing it to sag, resulting in the same problems attempting to avoid in step 1 (where gluing an additional kydex sheet to the glued fabric on bottom would be another practical option). 3) Using a small rotary grinder, remove tiny amounts of material from the plastic handle clip (on both sides), so it doesn't simply deform when the handle is pushed down near either side of the bag (then potentially breaking or failing to "spring back" at some point in the future). 4) Drilling a hole clear through the handle, near each end, just large enough to get a small carabiner through each set of new holes, so the shoulder straps' metal connectors can be attached to those, rather than to little metal rings through small bits of fabric connected to the ends of the bag with a few stitches each. 5) Drilling a small hole in the flat end of the handle, so the modified handle clip (in step 3) actually engages the handle at roughly 45 degrees, which will aid in carrying this bag when full of tools, I believe. That said, it is already the nicest bag in its class, in my opinion, and I'll try to remember to edit this after having fixed / used it.

I just received a replacement carrier since the first one was damaged. The new one is perfect. WooHoo! I really like this tool carrier. I needed a bit more room than my previous. Plenty of pockets and zipped storage spaces. Room for a variety of tools as well as delicate meters and such.

Heavy duty, longer than my old tool bag and better suited to house hammers, channel locks, etc without having tools at an angle. Lots of cubbies and places for misc. things. Love it.

After working out of a bucket for ten years, I found this at a hardware store. Went home to check the price on Amazon, and Amazon got the order. So easy to find the tool that you want because they’re all seven inches from the top. Holds all the tools that I had in the bucket plus my drill motor. This Hultafors tool caddy is very strong. I carry easy 50 to55 lbs in it, and it doesn’t grunt.
