Great Cage, But Assembly Could Be Tricky
I purchased this bird cage for my canaries and overall, it deserves a solid 5-star rating despite one significant challenge: the lack of manual instructions. Assembling the cage was a bit tricky without clear guidance, especially for someone like me who isn't experienced with assembling cages. However, once I managed to put it together, I was thoroughly impressed. The cage is spacious, providing ample room for my birds to fly and play comfortably. It includes multiple feeders, which is incredibly convenient, especially during busy mornings. I also appreciate its design for small bird breeding. The cage offers flexibility in placing nest boxes and additional feeders, making it ideal for breeding season.

Best canary breeding cage
Very nice cage, but if you want to put a nest inside you have to lift the tray up and put it through there, some feeders come damaged but they give me new ones , thank you !

NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS!
Not a bad product. The cage does what it's supposed to do. Needs clear assembly instructions or a link to an assembly video!!! If you are not mechanically inclined, make plans to pay somebody to assemble it for you or don't buy it!

Great Cage for the Money!
I read some reviews on this cage and several were negative. However, I purchased it anyways and didn't set my expectations very high. I'm glad I ordered it. The cage, although not as sturdy as some of the other cages I've puchased in the past, will work well for canaries. For those people who gave it negative scores they just need to simply spend more on the other cages. But, if you are a breeder these bages will work great. It sets up in about 45 minutes start to finish and includes both a solid partition and a wire partition. There is plenty of room for 1 bird and even for a nesting pair. I do believe that a flight bage would be helpful for people when the birds are not breeding. The cage also works well for separating juveniles to determine the sex.

You need to be drunk before you try to put this together
There are no instructions. Assembly is a pain. I’ve got it in pieces in my living room. Am too annoyed to continue sober. I’m going to take another star off unless someone -like the manufacturer decides to post instructions. Any instructions will do. Even a pictogram in Chinese.

Combo; Large Stack and Lock Double Breeder Bird Cage
I am extremely happy with this breeding cage. I have bred canaries for several years and this is the most ideal cage for me to use. I like the ease with which it can be cleaned, being able to pull the grid or the tray from the cage without disturbing the birds is less stressful on the birds. During this pre- breeding season , I am housing one cock per double cage and I have taken out the two middle perches for more flight exercise. When I introduce the hens, I will replace all perches and the solid divider. Then I will switch to the wire dividers when the hens show readiness to nest. I leave my pairs together in most cases until their chicks are hatched and ready to be weaned. At this time , I put the new chicks in the one side and the pair in the nest side and the parents can still feed the babies through the wire divider and start another clutch of eggs. After the breeding season, I keep my show potential birds - one on each side of the wire divider, to keep them in top condition. Dave Galloway
