Replaced a 10 year old Logitech keyboard & mouse which were dearer even back then. These are great.Love the flat, compact keyboard. lovely feel and very quiet.The mouse is a bit clicky but I can live with it. Nicely sensitive.Eventually got the dell SupportAssist software downloaded (takes a while to install) and can set up custom keys and mouse buttons with it.Of course the wireless aspect works flawlessly and saves on USB port usage (except for the Dell receiver of course).All round - totally happy.

Perfect ! just the job for long days in the office

Quality keyboard and features, ergonomic mouse, bit of a noisy click on the mouse though

I have just got a new AI Copilot+ PC and want to get a keyboard+mouse bundle for using the laptop while on trips. This KM555 from Dell is the almost-perfect candidate -- the keys are silent while typing. The buttons on the mouse are silent, too. The ability to select DPI for the mouse up to 4020 is a great feature. I set it to 3820 to fit with my 2800 x 1800 screen and it works perfect. The USB receiver can be store inside a compartment in the body of the mouse is a very practical feature. I may miss the backlight of the keyboard but it is not a deal breaker. It is a great, high quality bundle without breaking the bank!

Ordered in May 2024, so I have been using it for just over 4 months with no problems at all. It's a lovely keyboard and mouse, aesthetically and to use, I couldn't have been happier. The keys are soft touch, it was all going so well. Until this morning, the keyboard and mouse will not work, the batteries have been changed, the USB link setting is on (which is how I have always used it), I have tried a few different USB ports to ensure it was the USB link and not the port. I have tried another PC/laptop to also ensure it isn't that which is at fault, all with no joy. I'm disappointing having paid a hefty price for a keyboard and mouse which has stopped working after 4 months of use! Surely this is still under the manufacturers warranty?

The mouse had scrolling issues after 1 year of usage, right out of the warranty period... Continuous scrolling in one direction stopped working, instead the scrolling unpredictably jumped up/down. In order to fix this I had to disassemble the mouse, and apply WD40 to the scrolling wheel sensors and that area. I could be deemed as normal cleaning, but not even the cheapest Logitech mouse showed such issues after many years of usage (even if I never disassembled and cleaned).The reason why I bought this combo is to be able to switch back and forth between 2 computers. It's possible, but not too convenient. Both devices have 3 connection slots that are possible to switch through in a rotating manner individually per each device (they're not synced). It's needed to switch through the unused 3rd slot too... If you have connected the keyboard and mouse to one of your computers in Slot 2 then switching both to Slot 1 will require 3 button presses per each, in a total 6 button presses, in more details:button press 1 (on keyboard): does not switch a thing, just lights up the status indicatator led on the keyboardbutton press 2 (on keyboard): switches keyboard from Slot 2 to Slot 3button press 3 (on keyboard): switches keyboard from Slot 3 to Slot 1button press 4 (on mouse): does not switch a thing, just lights up the status indicatator led on the mousebutton press 5 (on mouse): switches mouse from Slot 2 to Slot 3button press 6 (on mouse): switches mouse from Slot 3 to Slot 1This is poor UX design. Not sure it could be improved with the right firmware update, but the ideal functionality would be:- status indicator led light up functionality should be possible to turn off, so the slot switcher buttons would switch slots immediately- the slot switcher buttons should ignore slots where there's no device configured- the keyboard slot switcher button should be possible to setup as being sync with the mouseThis way the switch between 2 computers would be a single button press, instead of 6 (see above).
