HENCKELS Clad H3 10-inch Induction Frying Pan with Lid, Stainless Steel, Durable and Easy to clean

This skillet has a nice comfortable handle. It is a little heavy but that is good thing as it is very durable and should last a long time. I needed a replacement for my 20+ year old skillet that the handle finally gave way and this fits the bill. Just use some bar keepers friend and it looks like new again after use. I bought three different skillets and this is the only one that turned out to be right for me. If you perform the mallard test it is non stick. Don’t put your oil or butter (which is what I used) in before the pan is at the right temperature. The heat distribution was great and the food cooked evenly. My chicken breasts were a beautiful golden brown and I even made rice in it which came out perfect. Note: The lid does NOT have a vent hole if that is something you are wanting. I’m glad it did not as I make rice in mine and need a tight lid for such that does not allow all my steam to escape. It’s a great value for the money!

I recently moved to an induction range which has required a replacement of all the pots and pans, and the set didn't have a non-stick. This was an addition to the set, and I'm extremely happy with the pan. The non-stick performance is fantastic, and it works extremely well on an induction cooktop. Heats up quickly, and cleans up quickly.

Good quality product for the price. I have used this several times. The pan cooks evenly and works well on my induction top. After proper seasoning, it does scrambled eggs very well and is very easy to clean afterwards. Even though it stated it comes with a lid, which it did not as other reviews had mentioned, I am very satisfied with this frying pan. I would buy Henckels products in the future.

I gave a ONE STAR RATING as the KEY FEATURE FAILED ~ The reason Purchased< retried pan ..eggs impossible..olive oil varnished..oven cleaner and razor blades failed to clean > pictureI have a cheap pan much better non stick performance.Seller NOTES say Avoid higher heat.. use Oil ~ well that is a HINT.Do not leave on low heat as well.. or even a Steak... The Oils varnish the surface and will not come free with Soap and hot water. I used a premium ceramic cleaner and it took a while to restore pan. Well I let that pass and said with enough Oil i should be able to cook Eggs... used Avocado oil.. Butter .. much more than my cast iron,,, my eggs looked like scraped up chunks.. I would be embarrassed to serve. I am a excellent home Chef with a online following.GOOD POINTS: Heats evenly and has good retention of energy (Clad Construction 3ply) High overall quality of construction and finish ~ So far with care non stick Unscratched. Induction heating works well ~ As used in test. but even lowest hat setting varnished panRecommend Brand , but would pass on the NON STICK wares.To be fair ~ the truly "slick pans" are cheep aluminum and do not last long and heat poorly.

I have two Henkles pans. They are the best I've ever used. Low temp, non stick, cleans up with a paper towel. Everything comes out evenly browned using less heat. A little pricey but worth every cent.

Heacy duty, perfect non- stick ml pan. Lasts a generation.

I have this pan in the larger size too and use them both regularly. Good quality pans that don’t stick, clean easily, and the handle doesn’t get hot.

Ok so far. Why is it made in China though? It’s a German brand.

The pan seem amazing! Haven’t used it yet but the material is great and exactly what I was expecting!

This frying pan works very well but it is a low temperature pan so really it is good for food that does not require high temperatures for cooking.

J'ai reçu la poêle mais par contre le couvercle n'était pas dans la boîte. Pourtant sur le site, il est bel et bien stipulé poêle avec couvercle. Merci !Ça fait plusieurs fois que j'essaie d'entrer en contact avec vous pour vous dire qu'il n'y avait pas de couvercle dans la boîte. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. Merci !

I chose a higher-priced product thinking the quality would be better. I am a retired chef so look for quality. The pan is sticky in a section of the pan and no amount of oil will stop any food from sticking on that particular area. Very disappointing I do not recommend
