This product has higher level of coq10 plus shilajit for michondria and PQQ . Cardioclear7 another product çontaining these ingredients but less mg cost twice as much so switching or trying this Dr fosters product makes more sense and it’s made in America too

I've been taking this for coupla weeks. I feel more energy. There were plenty of the same stuff in other brands. This was priced decently. Has all the stuff with all the safeguards as the more expensive brands. I can't find any flaws.

The mitochondria are the energy cells of the heart, so you might want to make them happy. Also - if you are taking any of those nasty cholesterol meds - they DEPLETE your mitochondria. ( NOT good ). So if you want a happy heart, this might be #1 on your supplement list.

I wanted to give this five stars based on the claims of the added ingredients PQQ and Shilajit. However, after receiving this product I did more research and find the claims might be a bit premature. There are mixed results from various studies. I'm especially concerned about taking 20mg of PQQ, which is the upper safe limit so far established. The benefits, if true, seem very tempting. I may put this back on the shelf and go back to a plain CoQ10 supplement until more research is done. This is probably a fine product. I'm just very careful what goes into my body, and I need more information. Also, I am on some prescriptions that I can't find clear answers if there are interactions.
