I ordered the thickest one because I lean a lot on my left elbow. It's been really solid so far and comfortable. It does stay in place very well and has not slid at all. I've had to turn it vertically because of desk space, so I wish it was more of an even rectangle shape, but it's not a huge problem. If you're also a heavy leaner, I think this was a good purchase.

Ordered this for my husband hes a truck driver needed something for his elbow . He loves it good support and padding that doesn't seem to break down after constant use .

I have used these for 2 days at my desk and wish I'd gotten them a year ago! My elbows aren't sore anymore after my 8 hour shift. The pads are thick and well cushioned.

I screwed up my ulnar nerve by resting my arms on the edge of my desk while typing for long periods of time. I have not seen other people using these pads at desks, and it didn't ever occur to me until I was trying to think of a solution to my problem, since I certainly couldn't stop typing, as my work requires it. Everyone should use these! I can't believe they aren't even half as common as wrist-rests. I almost cringe thinking of how many years I didn't even think about ergonomics at my desk and just accepted discomfort as normal. This product in particular was affordable and exactly as advertised, it does not slide around at all but it is also easy to reposition when needed.

I found they work fairly well if you are laying your arms flat across them with no real weight on them (as in not leaning on your arms.) if I put my elbows on them. They quickly sink in and are not very comfortable. I think I need to find a set with cold cured high density foam for my use case but giving them 3 stars because they mostly work alright when arms are laid flat.
