No customer service. Please do not buy this product. I bought this product along with orient products and orient is working well and this product has been problematic since first month. Not value for money. This product can not be considered as premium product considering its after sales service.

Product was amazing but the packing done by the supplier is not good. Minor scratch in the blade as well as motor other wise the product was amazing and working so good, installation is also easy, overall amazing experience.

Very good and attractive product. Every one liked it. It has only 3 levels of fan speed. 3rd level is too noisy. But I don't think that should be a problem because, we feel that 2nd level speed is more than sufficient even in peak summer. In winter u have to run it in the 1st level. Over all product is good. Flaw: if it's low voltage or if u r running on inverter, u cannot start the fan in 1st level. U need to switch on 3rd level on ur remote and once it starts rotating, u can switch to 1st or 2nd levl as u wish.

Looking good and bulbs not provided. Under lights only control via manually by pulling cable. No remote control for light Air flow limited to normal fan areas but satisfied

The fan makes zero noise, is very beautiful and Works supremely fast. I was looking for a fan with amazing airflow, great looks and great performance for my living room. This is a complete value for money product and the best part is when the product was installed the electrician informed me this has lesser energy consumption than other brands BLDC fans. This product is just amazing.
