I don't often write reviews but with this supplement, I simply have to. Menopause hit me hard six months ago, with horrible hot flashes, exhaustion, mind fog, and mood swings. I've been taking a smorgasbord of supplements for hypothyroidism and to alleviate the menopause symptoms but so far the relief is minimal. Two weeks ago, I ran out of many of those supplements and on a whim decided to try this product as something similar but more expensive kept popping up in my social media feeds. On day two I slept an entire seven hours without waking up a sweaty hot mess every half hour. On day four, the hot flashes were gone. Just gone!
