These chairs are lovely, and quite comfortable - especially for the price - but they did cause us a few headaches when we were putting them together.Basically, we were convinced the 20mm screws were too short for their job, but it works out the cushion pad and chair body just need to be pressed close together and the screw holes properly lined up.In the spirit of saving others from the same difficulty, I thought I’d come here and offer some advice that the assembly instructions don’t!This is how we did it:1. Place the plastic chair body on a flat floor with the cushion pad placed on top of it as it’ll be when it’s assembled.2. Sit on it. Play a game on your phone or something, for a few minutes, while your weight helps slightly conform the chair pad to the shape of the seat.3. You might want to ensure you’re sure which holes to use - I did this by measuring the distance between the holes on the underside of the pad and the ones in the seat.4. Use one of the LONG screws on the underside of the seat to loosely (and temporarily) attach it to the seat pad - this will help you line up the shorter screws.5. Attach the first 20mm screw, pushing the (hopefully now less rigid) seat and chair pad together and moderately tightening it.6. Once the first 20mm screw is properly sited, remove the longer “placeholder” screw and attach the second 20mm one. Tighten both the shorter screws to secure, then the rest of the assembly (the chair legs) should be super simple.

The chairs are fine, quality as expected for the price and as advertised. However, the customer service is awful. I wanted to return the chairs as they were too wide to fit under a table I'd ordered at the same time. Amazon approved my return but I had no return label sent from the seller. When I messaged them for it, the list of return requirements was ridiculous...they said to ignore all amazon messages and to adhere to their huge list...even telling me what time to tell the courier to return them as they are only open in the morning, i couldn't find a courier that took specific time requests to drop off. They requested photos of the fault even though the chairs were not faulty and id sent numerous messages explaining this(it said returns accepted when i purchased them), the costs of the original postage would be charged and then the cost of returning but would have ended up very expensive (most of the price of the chairs) if I'd followed their instructions and then I was worried That the return wouldn't be accepted or they wouldn't be there to return it so decided not to and to gift them to a family member

We have been using these chairs for the past 3 years quite strong and stable. Added two more recently. There was a cut on one of the cushions and the company immediately sent a replacement. Great customer service. Would highly recommend it.

The chairs are really nice looking and quite comfortable, but one of those broke after probably a week.I was just sitting on one of them and starting sliding down, before realising that the wood on one of the legs split in two and it couldn't hold the whole structure.I'm still using it, as I managed to fixed it, but I'm not sure what I would do if another leg break.Anyway for that price I would take the risk to buy another pair.
