My experience with this Intel mini pc: - very compact, fits my work and home space very well -fans run quiet -gets the job done for the price -We use this in our home for tv & gaming and for my client's computers -design is good: sturdy metal, compact, easy buttons and input/output spacing good wi-fi6 -runs well with Windows 11, smooth -well made USB c ports -Great upgraded operating system -dual monitor capable which my wife loves on her home office computer. Makes work less amount of time!

Excellent quality; excellent performance. The computer worked perfectly with no problems. We used it for internet browsing, email, watching videos and Microsoft Office. It was very fast and quite small. Based on on results so far, we would buy it again.

I have purchased 3 of the NAB/NPB series MinisForum PCs and they have been great so far. If you’re looking for a mini PC that has a great amount of performance for the price and size, look no further. I already have, and these were some of the best. Let’s face it, most of the issues with these off-brand mini PCs is that they have poor thermal control, either by poor cooler or software design, and cheap peripherals/memory/storage. Some manufacturers think low fan noise is the most important design factor. Compared to reliability, I disagree. For these, thermals are well within what I’d expect from a laptop with similar specs. They idle around 40C and 15w. Peak CPU power is 90w, but thermal throttle to ~45w and stay a little under 80C under full load. This is impressive performance that many other mini PCs don’t accomplish. The CPU cooler design and installation is very thoughtful. For example, there are two sets of radiators (cooling fins) fed by significant copper heat pipes. Between the bottom cover and the cooler unit, there is some foam weatherstripping. At first I thought this was just to cover the interface between the fan and radiators to prevent air leakage and reduce vibration potential, but then realized it was largely segmenting the lower case cavity between intake and exhaust air so that hot air would be less likely to re-uptake into the fan. Very smart… Then there’s the fan itself. I noticed the blade design looked familiar. It looks very similar to the one that ASUS designed for their ROG gaming laptops that has a low turbulence coefficient and is supposed to accumulate less dust. My guess is the design was likely…appropriated somehow. But it’s a plus for this unit regardless. I have had no issues with connectivity of the ports or WiFi. I have not tried bluetooth connectivity, for lack of need. You have to keep in mind that there is limited power available for each USB port and if you intend to connect a bunch of external devices you’ll probably need a powered hub. The nice thing about these units in particular, is the number and type of ports available. One thing I wouldn’t expect to get out of these is any gaming beyond casual. With no discrete graphics adapter, it’s just not going to happen. The graphics performance you will get, is sufficient for photo and video editing with one or more UHD display, and as I suggest, casual gaming. Overall, a great buy. I think one thing hampering the rating of these models, are the other models attached to this listing. One of the models seems to have thermal problems — the UM773 Lite. I can personally vouch for the two series I listed.

Worked great until it didn’t. This mini pc worked great for two weeks and then it just died. One day it just shut off and wouldn’t turn back on again no matter what I tried. I had it plugged into an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), and there were zero recorded power events on the UPS, so it wasn’t killed by a power surge or anything like that. Overall, it was great while it lasted, but it lasted only about 2.5-3 weeks before the whole system died. I would not recommend this product to any friends or family.

It died after 1 month. Turned itself off and won't turn on again. Was running ok before hand. Very disappointed. Update 4: Support replaced the unit. Be sure to engage via email not their web site. Support was responsive via email and very helpful. Rating updated.

Love the versatility of this PC, tons of input ports and can't beat the price!

Good product. But I was disappointed that it came with Windows home rather than Windows Pro. It only said coming with an OS but did not described the type of OS

After a few days thinking about this little PC, I decided to take a chance on it (NAB5). To my surprise, the RAM in the PC I received is Crucial RAM and the SSD is a Kingston SSD. No need to tell you that the performance is on point. Fans are very quiet. There are 2 separate fans, an SSD fan and the main unit fan. No bloatware in the install (Win 11 Pro). Very good price for what you get.

The description of the item was wrong and was advertising a better CPU. It since was corrected I also received a unit with a loose drive inside. The drive banged on the motherboard and damaged it. The seller tried to make me pay to ship it back for a replacement. I'll return it and buy from a trustable company
