Mannatech Sport - Formulated with Boron, Chromium & Natural Herbs 60 Capsules

If I take a couple of these pre strenous ( I mean like dripping sweat and muscles almost spasming) activity and then 2 or 3 more mid day and a couple more at the end of the activity. I do not not have sore muscles the next day that get even MORE sore over the next 3 or 4 days. Yes, of coarse I'm still tired (whipped) but not sore the next day. Way better to take extra of these the day of than the usual store bought muscle pain relievers. I've used this product for 25 plus years. I'm not a Mannatech assocaite. I'm 60yrs. old and my twenty something son's like SPORT too.
