Stores well, powerful and easy to use.
This is a review of the CURALIGHT Red Light Therapy Torch. First off, this red therapy light comes in an attractive and well made storage case with compartments for everything from the batteries, battery charger right to the light itself and all the instructions. I was honestly a bit surprised at how nice it was. The light itself is a bit weighty once you get a battery in it but very powerful. I'd suggest using the enclosed glasses while you're using this light to make sure you don't hurt your eyes. The jury is still out on whether or not red light therapy does what's claimed - but there does seem to be some evidence supporting better blood flow, reduced scaring, quicker wound healing and reduction in wrinkles and skin puffiness. This light is strong, and I've used it in several 10 minute sessions on my hands (mild arthritis) and recently on my foot where I had a small fracture. I don't know if it helped me with these things directly, but both my hands and foot did feel better directly after. My foot, now after 2.5 weeks, feels much better. Some of this is natural healing of course. All in all the product is very well made, comes in an attractive storage case and whether it works or not, the product itself won't let you down.

Easy to use; great storage case.
This is a review of the CURALIGHT Red Light Therapy Torch - LED Infrared and Red Light Therapy I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to have severe Raynaud's, which is basically a lack of blood circulation to my hands and toes. I also have carpel tunnel too so I was interested in trying this out. Saying that, I have mixed feelings about it. On the plus side, this is just so easy to set up and use which is a very big deal for me. There are two batteries you charge so you know you always can switch them out and continue treatment if one battery goes out. The kit also comes with glasses and be sure to put them on first - the red light is extremely bright. This comes in a really nice, sturdy and attractive storage case which holds everything you need. My only critique would be that I am not sure how much they truly help for my issues. I tried using this on my fingers when they were frozen white and it didn’t seem to make that much of a difference at the time - in other words it wasn’t a quick way to get circulation back; a hot shower or running water works much better. At the same time, later on in the day my fingers seemed to be warm and red with full circulation. I do believe this shows this works a little but I can’t say for sure. I still plan on using this and I do like the warmth and think the red light therapy will help with muscle aches, I just can’t see any relief for my Raynauds problems but that would be asking for a lot.

Consistency is key
Consistent use of this red light therapy torch is the key. Twice a day for just a few minutes provides relief. This is easy to use and it comes in it's own container for storage and easy travel use. Simple way to get relief from pain. Love that it is small and can be easily targeted to exactly where my pain is. Easy to use on my arm for relief from an old injury.

Nice Kit, But Heavy And A Bit Pricey
I was surprised how nicely packaged the Curalight red light therapy kit was. The carry case is very nice, with a fitted compartment for the charger, batteries, light, and protective eyewear. I was also surprised by how heavy the light is. It seems like an extremely well made metal flashlight, but almost too heavy to want to hold in one position for 5+ minutes at a time. For the price of this kit, I would rather have a red light therapy device I could wear versus one I have to hold. Plus I'm not a fan of having to remove the batteries and charge them externally. It would be better if they could be charged in the light. As for using the light, I can feel its warmth on my skin, so it may be increasing blood flow and warming the muscles. But honestly, the weight of the light makes me give up before I've held it in place for a full therapeutic session.

Natural Alternative to pain meds
I have been using the CURALIGHT Red Light Therapy Torch for Muscle Aches and Pains for a few weeks now, and I am impressed with the results. The LED infrared and red light therapy wand is an effective pain reliever that has helped alleviate my muscle aches and pains. One of the things I love about this product is its compact size and portability. The torch is small and lightweight, making it easy to use anywhere. I often take it with me to the gym to use after a workout or keep it in my bag when traveling for easy access. The three powerful LEDs - 630nm, 660nm, and 850nm - provide targeted red light therapy that penetrates deep into the muscles and promotes healing. The red light therapy equipped pain reliever is a fantastic feature that provides a natural alternative to pain medication and can help reduce inflammation and promote circulation. The rechargeable battery is another great feature of this product. I can use it for several sessions before needing to recharge it, and the charging process is quick and easy. Overall, I highly recommend the CURALIGHT Red Light Therapy Torch for Muscle Aches and Pains to anyone looking for an effective pain reliever. The LED infrared and red light therapy wand is compact, portable, and easy to use. The three powerful LEDs provide targeted red light therapy that promotes healing and reduces inflammation. Red Light Therapy Torch for Muscle Aches and Pains
First, I want to say I was looking forward to getting this, and I wanted it to work. I had carpal tunnel relief surgery on both wrists a little over a year ago and It did relieve that pain, however, since the surgery I have had a different, constant pain below my thumbs on both hands. It is tolerable, but noticeable. I really hoped this Red Light Therapy would give me relief from this pain. I did not notice any change in my pain level at all. My personal thought, I have to wonder if it is psychosomatic when people feel relief from this. I will give this a few more tries and update this review if anything changes.

Is it working?
I’ve never tried red light therapy and as luck would have it (bad luck), my husband injured his wrist badly days before this arrived. I plugged the device in to charge the batteries but the light never turned green. I tried both batteries but still no green – and yes, I had the positive side on positive and had the right plug. A couple of times the light went out completely but after hours of charging, it never turned green. I decided to go ahead and insert the battery to see if the device would work and the beam did come on so he’s using it on his wrist. He hasn’t noticed any improvement yet but we’ll keep trying it. I don’t know if the charger has a short in it or if the battery is even adequately charged so we could just be wasting our time, but hopefully it will help.

Convenient and compact therapy torch
It comes in a nice storage box which helps keep everything together. The package includes 2 batteries and the torch needs only one. So when one battery is being used, the other can be charged for future use. The operation is simple - insert the battery, wear the included sunglasses, and turn on the light. Compared to my other LED therapy tools, I found this one very convenient without having to plug it into power. I would want to point out that this is a therapy tool, not a painkiller. As far as I know, with daily use of 5-10 minutes, it will take 1-3 months to see any result.
