I’ve been using this wellness kit to monitor my sodium levels, kidney health, and hydration, and it’s been impressive! The kit is very easy to use, and the included app (via QR code on box) makes tracking my results simple and convenient, all in the privacy of my own home. It’s accurate, quick, and a great way to stay on top of anyone's overall wellness!

I’ve only used this product one time so far but wanted to provide my opinion as a first time user! I’ve never used urine test strips before but when the opportunity arose, I was interested in seeing how it would go. I am currently breastfeeding, and have on and off worries about my hydration or other factors- I want to make sure baby is getting what she needs! To start, these were extremely easy to use at home. They don’t come with anything to collect urine in, and I opted to use a small disposable cup, but I liked that it included how to wash the container you choose to use if it’s not disposable. As it was my first time, I opted to use the website rather than download the app but it was super easy and quick to set up an account and fill in my info. The directions were straightforward and I had results very quickly. The results covered many things and seem accurate to what I thought they would be. I was excited to see the “hydration journey” as that is something I am specifically working on and am looking forward to using the rest of the urine strips for those results as well as the ability to see how my urine data changes over time. I really appreciate the “insights” given and am looking forward to seeing how following the tips effects my next set of results!

These strips look so convenient. They provide you with important medical information about your health, correct? And it has its app also! Well, I tested these three times. I tested 3 times over two days. I drank the same amount of water, ate the same food, etc. Each test was completely different from the others! I know my sodium levels and most of the other things because I had them tested using blood and urine samples at the doctor's office. I thought these were expensive, but it would be worth it in the summer if I could do them at home. I was so wrong and gullible. I should have read all the feedback and listened to those who provided the information I found out. Even if sold to give you a "rough idea" of your various levels, it was way off. Anyhow, do as you wish, but I am so sorry I wasted my money on these. With my insurance, my primary care doctor visits are free. If I am ever in doubt, I will go to his lab and get tested. Even with their "disclaimers," they should not even be offered for sale, IMO.

Quick, easy and the results are very very informative! I really like the product. Highly recommend it if you want to keep an eye on your health.

This is very user friendly and quick. You basically urinate in the provided container, dip the stick in, tap, hit the timer on the app, take a photo and you get results. The instructions recommend testing on your first or second urine of the day. However, when I did that it showed I was dehydrated and had low salt. I drink 1 to 2 gallons of electrolyte water per day (Keto eater here) so I was surprised about this. I retested at the end of the day and my dehydration was normal, but still low in salt. This has led me to think about further testing (probably with a Dr. this time) - wish this one had potassium. The results just say normal/good/balanced etc, when you click on that it gives an actual number (or rough number) but it does not give what range is good/high/low. I had to Google to find that info. It also wants you to read their education articles; there is a pop up as soon as you log in, and that is getting annoying. They do offer online support, which states they try to respond in 24 hours, so it's not like a chat. Overall, a cool product if you're looking to for a fun health gadget.

I've been trying to understand if my body is properly absorbing magnesium, especially after dealing with frequent muscle cramps and fatigue. Someone suggested this kit and and I’m actually impressed. The app was simple to use, it give specific numerical reading for magnesium, not just a vague indication. It also showed how my hydration and other minerals like calcium and sodium were looking that day, which helped me get a better picture of what might be throwing things off. Still wouldnt take it as medical advise, but if you're looking for something to help you monitor trends over time, especially related to mineral loss or absorption, this is a super useful tool. Love that it works with an app to give you data instantly makes it easy to stay consistent.

I bought this kit mainly because I have been feeling low energy and wasn’t sure if my hydration or vitamins were off. I try to eat well and take magnesium sometimes, but I honestly have no clue if it was working. This was easy to use, just pee on the strip, scan it in the app, and it tells you numbers for things, like hydration, vitamin c, protein, magnesium and other things, it showed my magnesium was a little low even though I have taken some the day before, so now I’m trying to take it with food and more water to help absorb better. It also flag that I was a little bit dehydrated which makes sense because I don’t drink much water in mornings.
