camera doesnt work
camera turns on, zero features work. I cannot snap a photo in photo mode and will not record in record mode. sd card is inserted.

All the pieces are there to use camera immediately, and no problems
All the pieces arrived as described. To avoid any misunderstanding from the Amazon preview (which shows a lens on the camera and a separate lens), the package includes only one lens, but it does come with 2 batteries and 3 different chargers (wall, direct to camera and auto lighter charger). Everything is in good shape and working. The kit includes what looks to be a cheapie 64GB disk that will probably work fine, but I ordered separately SanDisk 128GB and 256GB disks from Amazon.
