This is a nice, classic ladies watch. The face is generally clear although as I'm rather short-sighted I do tend to keep mistaking the date for a hand and thinking it's quarter past the hour all the time as a result. With hindsight, a watch without a date might have been a better choice! Another plus is the fact that the watch strap is long enough. I don't have skinny wrists and watch straps tend to be tight for me, so I was glad that this had room to spare - I think some reviews gave a different impression but I can't see why.

Firstly, this watch is less than £40. Do not expect to get a high quality automatic watch! My elderly mother wanted a watch that's easy to read, has the date and day, and isn't digital. You'd be surprised at the lack of choice with those criteria. Even though she could afford a more expensive one, this meets her needs and looks smart on her. I'm going to replace the strap because it's stiff and nasty, but that's only going to cost a tenner. If you want a ladies watch that is easy to read, has the date and day, and isn't digital, then give it a go. It's a bargain.

Excellent little watch for price, fits good and very clear to see even the date is clear, very pleased with it.

Nice watch

Bought myself this watch, as all my smart watches have flat batteries, and nowhere open to have new ones fitted! I'm delighted with it. Looks quite smart, and has excellent features - date and day and sweep second hand. Very good value for money.

This watch was for myself and I am really pleased with it as I can see the date, day and time very easily and clearly. The black leather strap is very comfortable to wear.

Excellent value looks well

Strap fell apart on first putting on the watch. Day of week very hard to change, appeared half out of sight. Returning item. Not impressed.
