I ordered these for a big surgery I had and took them as directed. Easy to swallow, no weird tastes and I found them to be very effective. When I walked into my post op appointment wearing my normal jeans and my bruising already going down, the doctor and his assistant were very impressed. I would (and have) recommended this to family and friends having surgery.
