The product looks great. The control buttons are easy to use and placed on the inside which makes it impossible to change the temperature by accident which was a problem I hsd with my remington.It heats up in seconds and works really well. I love it!

The media could not be loaded. Very heavy piece of equipment compared to my old Babyliss. Very bulky and not really comfortable to hold.The heat up time is extremely long- nearly one minute.No temperature memory setting- the device will heat up to 180 c as standard and only then you can adjust to your desired temperature.Mine broke out after one week of use. One morning it just stopped working, so had to go to work with crazy hair. The next day it started to work but I decided to return it as did not want another disappointment.It was straightening ok but I wasn't wowed at all.Not really good for curling either.So if you just need a straightener and like it heavy then you might like it.I ended up ordering my old model straighteners on Ebay and am delighted with it again))
