Q: Is it dishwasher safe ?

I would not put this in the dishwasher.

Q: Is there any way to get this to work? It just does not keep drinks warm. No better than a normal mug.

Unfortunately there is no way to get this mug to keep drinks hot. I threw mine in the recycle bin where it belongs. If you read the numerous 1 star reviews for this mug you will see that it leaks water trapped between the inner and outer walls after it has been washed. The reason for this and why it doesn't keep drinks hot is that the inner and outer walls of the mug are NOT vacuum sealed, in fact the inner liner can be pulled out from the plastic outer shell it is so poorly made. If possible I would try and get your money back for this piece of rubbish.

Q: can a 330ml cola can fit inside?

The can its self won't, but it will hold the 330ml fluid. If you want to keep the can cold you can buy beer/can coolers which fit around the cans.
