Baby Sensory, Security & Teething Closed Ribbon Tag Lovey Blanket with Minky Dot Fabric: 14X18 (Dinosaurs)

I got one of these blankets as a baby shower gift. After our daughter was born, it quickly became a favorite and goes everywhere she does. The blanket is soft and durable. She loves to stare at the print and play with the tags. We decided to order more as back ups to swap out if something were to happen to one. I placed an order for one more, then another for two additional.As you can see from the picture, three of the four are identical. The one on the right (from the first order I placed) uses different tags, and the fabric is oriented in a different direction. While our daughter is too young to notice the difference now, I don’t think we will be able to do a “swap” if needed when she gets older. The seller informed me that some items from certain sellers are handmade and vary in appearance. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the difference until it had already been washed and tags removed, and at $25 each, this was not an inexpensive mistake!

My friend is a bit of a Harry Potter aficionado, so when it came time to purchase a shower gift I hit the Amazon site and began my search. There were onesies, super cute but she will outgrow it in a week. Then I stumbled upon this beauty, blanket & toy, to enjoy for months-years to come! There was no hesitation, I hit the buy now button! My only regret was not video tapping her opening this gift because she squealed like only a woman giving birth should do! Her only challenge will be to keep it from her 3 boys so their new sister can enjoy it!

this is exactly as described and we love it! i had this on my registry, but it was not purchased. instead of purchasing early i waited to see if it was necessary...after i kept catching the tags of the burpcloths in my baby's mouth i decided it was absolutely necessary because there are metal snaps next to the tags on the burpcloths to turn them into bibs. wish i would have bought this sooner! the colors are so bright and vibrant! cute design!!

Super cute, super soft. No crinkly paper in it, so it is nice and quiet. With as large as it is, it could be nice to have an extra layer of fabric to make it more of a blanket. But, we have tons of even bigger blankets that get kicked off anyways.

I purchased this as part of a baby shower gift. I was making a basket of all items relating to Harry Potter. Mom to be is a big Harry Potter fan.I've never seen a blanket like this before but I thought it was great and long lasting. Baby holds and sucks/chews on the ribbon tabs that are sewn on securely. It is colorful and as baby ages, you can teach colors and shapes with it..I liked that it is completely washable.

When I first saw this, I thought, "Cute, but no way I'm paying $30 for a blankie," but after being unhappy with what I was seeing in stores, I caved, and I'm so happy I did! This thing comes with us everywhere. The Harry Potter side is cute, but the back is why I really like it - it's a super soft, bumpy fabric. My 5-month old is really into grabbing clothes/fabric, and has been so into this blanket for over a month now - she loves both sides and grabbing the "taggies." It goes in the washer/dryer with no problems. Love this simple thing, and I'd buy it again.

Perfect size for a lovey, my son (5.5 months) is over the moon about the tabs and the minky dot fabric on the back, and I'm in love with the fabric on the front and the fact that it actually calms him down and/or keeps him occupied. May not work such wonders for every baby, but it was worth it for me. Good craftsmanship too, and the tabs were more varied and textured than I thought they'd be (a good thing). I'll buy another if it turns into his security blanket, for sure!

Blanket is a good size and the wizard decals are fun. It was disappointing it was significantly more expensive than other patterns, which is why I gave it 4 stars.The clip can hold it in place or is a decent tether for a baby.

My son always goes for the tags on his toys, so this was perfect.
