Get This Cart!
I have constructed tons of items over the last 50 years and have to admit that this product ranks as one of the best ever!Everything is clearly itemized and the instructions are clear and concise. These reasons alone are worth buying this cart.Even if you remove all parts from their labeled sleeves (as I did) you can still easily put this together with the manual. Incredibly detailed photos and instructions. The cart itself is very well built. Everything fit together perfectly. The one thing to be careful of is the position of the ash can if using a Weber kettle. You will have to turn the kettle so you can orient the ash pan and adjustable lever where you want it.Also when taking the lid off and putting it into the holder, you may have to turn the lid with the vent AWAY from the holder since the handle on the vent may interfere with the holder. In other words have the lid thermometer facing the holder. This is a great cart. Looks fantastic. Am very pleased with it.

Great grill cart.
Easy to put together. Took me about 45 minutes. Sits a little lower than my husband would have liked. But love the fact that we can wheel it out of the way or move it if needed. Just enough work space for trays/plates.

This is essential!
This is an amazing little cart that made my grilling and smoking ventures so much more efficient and enjoyable. I used to have to put an extra table out for things while I was grilling...no need to do that now! Well built and a great addition to my grilling station.

Good, solid construction, handles 22" grill - barely
The cart is very well made and is very solid when assembled. Everything fits together nice and tight. The instructions were clear and the parts are well labeled. There are 2 issues that kept me from giving this item a full 5 star rating. As info, I use this with a 22" Weber kettle grill (also new).First issue - I could not get all three screws on the end with the handle (see the pic). The bottom hole on the metal panel does not align with the cart. I had someone helping me to try to get it aligned and we could not do it. However, even without this screw the cart is quite solid. So, a minor ding for this. The second issue is the supports for the grill. For a 22" grill the metal supports on the side stick out over the edge of the cart. They aren't sharp but this is kind of crappy design and I'm going to use some paint on material that creates a rubbery covering to help prevent scrapes. Also, I actually had to loosen the center support (gray bars, midway down across the ends) to get the grill to slide in all the way. That grill ain't goin' nowhere baby, it is seriously wedged into that cart. Again - the card is rock solid. The manufacturer should either provide 2 different sizes of supports or find a better way to handle the larger grills. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the cart. I would say it is definitely worth the money.

May cause you to fall in love with your kettle all over!
Update: My rating stands! This stand is such and added convenience to grilling. I ordered a large HDPE cutting board and cut it to fit, cleaned up the edges and used carriage bolts to secure it to the cart, bonus upgrade!Want a major upgrade your kettle without buying a new Weber Performer? Get this thing! I'll help you out here. Stand arrives in a roughly 32" square box that's about 10-12" tall, and well packaged. Don't be like the guy that sent his back without opening it because USPS tore a little hole in it. He missed out! I'm an experienced mechanic and this took me maybe 2 hours total to assemble, but about 30 minutes of that was trying to unsuccessfully retrieve a bolt that fell through my porch (which is when I found they are heavily stainless plated), and dig around for the right socket to disassemble the decrepid kettle stand from 1993 that had to be screwed together and braced to reduce wobble. If you're not very mechanically inclined or an experienced assembler, just set aside the afternoon and take your time. The instructions are pretty much just visuals and straight forward. You'll need a good Phillips head screwdriver and a 17mm wrench and a socket/rachet, or another wrench. I'll also suggest you get some thread locker to be safe, but probably not necessary. The cotter pins for the axle aren't really necessary either. The most difficult part of assembling this is handling the M6x1.0 bolts without dropping them (I have some nerve damage from years of manufacturing work) and getting the plastic hub covers in place. If it feels wobbly as you're assembling it, don't fret! As you put it together, it will stiffen up and become rigid. I'd like to see washers included in the hardware, but this thing looks sharp! I really like that the lid bale holds the lid beyond a 90° angle to the grate for easier access with even less risk of accidently touching it and burning a forearm. It also keeps the lid far enough away from the bottom of the kettle to not interfere with the extended thermometers I've installed on my kettle lid. I'll have to break mine in this coming weekend, can't wait!Oh, and I did notice that after taking the pictures that one of the supports isn't locked into the lip of the bottom half of the kettle, but that's totally on me. I realized that pot I use as an ash bucket would fit just right in the holder for the Weber One Touch cleaning system ash bucket and pulled the kettle back out to put the pot in. The support when back in no problem!

GRILLING CART IS AWESOME
I used the grill table during the Super Bowl, and it is definitely a plus addition to my grilling. Not too complicated to assemble, and it easily facilitates grilling. The only negative is the cover that was sent with it is unusable because it doesn't fit the assembled cart.
