As a dental professional, my neck, upper back & forearms have taken a beating over the years. This little massaging roller is the answer to a quick midday massage to get me through the day. Easily portable. The roller balls are secure on the handle & rotate freely of each other for ease of use. This feels great on the back of my neck. Also good along sides of the neck to possibly aid in lymphatic drainage (I'm not making any medical claims). I recently developed a tightness on the back of one knee & have started using this to help relax that area as well. Can also gently be used along the cheekbones for sinus pressure & it flows nicely along the jawline too. Travel friendly. Could probably use massaging oil with this, but I think it feels best just on its own.

Not bad, but I wish the balls rolled better. They would be better if they rolled in all directions. But it does a good job.

This has become our new go-to massager...its so amazingly simple, but the idea that you can get your arms and legs and almost 'pinch' the muscles in the rollers is great.I love that it was less than $10, my only fear is that with the amount we use it, that $10 is going to equate to a piece that wont last.Very comfy to hold and while its OK with a massage oil on bare skin, it works just as well over the clothes.Super happy with this one

You can really only use it for your arms or legs. It’s not a tool for the back which is what I wanted it for.

The item does not roll well I had to return it.

This is a great massager when used with my coconut oil. When I first used this on my dry skin, it pulled to the center and was uncomfortable on looser areas, BUT with my oil, it is a great tissue and fascia stimulator. Works on face and body. Avoid bony areas.

Helps with the sore muscles. Glides on smoothly and relives the tension
