This is a solid clamp. I would trust this to hold my separatory funnel without needing an additional, superfluous ring clamp.

The screws on it are very cheap in the plating on the metals kind of cheap but the clamps all aluminum and holds everything in firm does the trick for 10 bucks you can't complain. But I've noticed a lot cheaper items on other websites of far better quality through West labs Check them out that's where you going to get good quality stuff this extra shipping like Risco labs and prime you end up paying through the ice in the end that's all right if you like getting bent over the barrel

It does the job and is reasonably well made. I didn't have any problems with stripped threads or anything else. This may not be the cheapest offering of this product here but the vendor ships fast and is reportedly easy to work with unlike some of the other vendors that offer this same product at a cheaper price here on Amazon. Just make sure you READ the specs so you know what you're buying and what it's capabilities are before you click buy and you won't be disappointed. I use this particular unit for loosely holding 10ml fill syringes so that they drain into another container. works perfectly.

attractive if on display. we got a set for a displayed experiment and it looked good and functioned well, very adjustable.
