Excellent Device
Brilliant in a matter of seconds I now have 4 USB C ports at the front of my IMac. Neat piece of kit and looks good as well as working perfectly.

Great little hub.
Great little hub that works really well and at a reasonable price too.

Solid, well-built but with an annoying omission
Only one of the ports can be used for power. It's not obvious which one - that seems like an easy-fix and a silly design mistake.Other than that, it's great.

Compatibility
I wanted this hub because I'm starting to experiment with videography on my iPhone 15 Pro, and the specs for data speed support and ability to support pass-through charging and other peripherals including a high-speed external drive made it seem ideal. And I'm sure it does all those things beautifully, but what it doesn't do is support charging of my iPhone..... which is a bit of a deal-breaker, really. Looking back, I see that the description doesn't actually mention support for iPhone 15 Pro, but iPad Pro and Mac compatibility (and support for supposedly universal USB-C devices) clearly doesn't include the iPhone. Very happy to accept that the reason for that is Apple and their outright stupid insistence on control of everything, but it doesn't really help me.....I've often bought Belkin accessories and peripherals and it's a brand I trust, so my "Value for money" and "Charging power" scores relate only to my immediate experience and inability to charge my iPhone.UPDATE 3 APR 2024:I've left all my ignorant waffle above in place in case any other users find the difficulty I had - and judging by the numbers who can't get their iPad to charge, there are several of us. I did uprate my "star" rating as the problem isn't Belkin and not even Apple, for a change :-)After some digging I found reference to a recommended power supply delivery of 100W, so phoned Belkin UK Support - and got straight through! Very helpful bloke took the details, looked up the specs, and confirmed that the MINIMUM permissible power supply to the hub is 85W and the RECOMMENDED rating is 100W. Less than that, and the hub won't allow pass-through to protect other components against possible excess current. Unfortunate, but I guess I'll have to shell out for an adequate PSU.My high opinion of Belkin kit is even higher now having experienced their support function. Very good indeed.

Just works brilliantly right out of the box
As with most Belkin products, looks and feels great and works just brilliantly straight out of the box. Totally recommended. I simply love their stuff.

After a year, makes poor contact when plugged into iPad
This was useful while it was reliable. But now when I move my iPad, it often interrupts the connection, stopping playback of the music I’m trying to listen to.My original review just after purchase:This does what I needed. Previously I could not output music for long periods through the usb-c port of my iPad, because the battery would eventually run down. Now I can charge the iPad and output music at the same time. It looks and feels well made. The packaging is cardboard with no plastic waste.

Good for DJ's Wanting more USB-C ports
Works Perfectly well. Exactly what you need when DJ-ing with a MAC that onlt has 2 USB-C onboard.

USB-C charging cable not included
No charging cable included, and the power socket is USB-C - so you'll need to buy a USB-C charging cable. Annoying.
