there's just no comparison. I had LG tone free UFP9 buds for the last few years, they sounded good but had issues and after my third return i decided to try something new. I originallky ordered Asus ROG Cetra buds but they are utterly craptastic in that the audio drops when changing apps and nothing fixes it. So i decided to bite the bullet and order these. HOLY HELL! the sound cancelling is pretty damned sweet, the audio quality is way above any buds i have tried before, the fit is great and extremely comfortable with no issues with them moving and ruining the "sound seal" on the buds. I just cannot fault them at all. plenty of charge available in the buds and a shed load more in the case. The case of just bloody brilliant and functionaland charges the buds quickly and it, itself charges quickly too. I have CPTSD and have hyper vigilance so the noise cancellation gives my ears and brain peace and quiet which is much needed. I use them every day most of the day with little breaks. To sum up, they are just brilliant and as my aunt always said "buy quality, buy once. buy cheap and you're a dunce".. she was quite right!

I bought it for the controls from the screen, so I don't need to keep taking my phone out of my pocket. Change settings as required on the go (on the ski slopes). Phone needs unlocking, a pin or face recognition or finger print, this just a swipe I'm in and in control. JBL sounds great every time good bass and vocal, make changes with EQ custom to your needs. Battery life 2 days and more of skiing from the case ear, buds lasted a full day with some juice left over. They fit under my ruroc helmet. Only down side is getting hold of them when in case. Not much grip on circular shape. But everything else was great, quality build, comfortable all day with a helmet over them in my ears. Definitely a keeper.

Firstly I am an audiophile with literally hundreds of ear buds and earphones and am not easily impressed. On unboxing and pairing there was a firmware update, which may have fixed the bugs mentioned in other reviews as I haven't experienced any of these. Once connected and set up, I encountered the problem I have with other brands that have a fit test in that I couldn't pass it, no matter what tips I used. But hey ho, onwards and upwards. As it transpired, it didn't make a bit of difference. The sound quality on these is exceptional. I tested them with a couple of hires albums and the sound was incredible. This worried me as they don't support LDAC or Aptx HD. The ANC is almost perfect. Much better than Sonys. Next test was Bluetooth connection. No matter where I went there was no dropout whatsoever. The touch controls are excellent. The case is amazing. Being able to fairly much do everything you can with your phone on the case is a fantastic idea and works well. If I have a small niggle, it's that I don't get as secure a fit as they claim, but it's hardly noticeable and only when walking around. However the fit is still better than most. I love the Sony WF MX series of buds for sound but not one version of them stayed in my ears at all. In summary, I love these buds, absolutely fantastic!

Good product experience.

I've tried other quality in-ear earphones, and they suffered from bad battery life or were uncomfortable and would regularly fall out. The JBL Tour Pro 2 don't suffer from either of these problems. They fit incredibly well without being uncomfortable and haven't fallen out once. The battery life seems to go on and on. I've worn these for several hours without them running out of charge. The screen on the charging case is more of a novelty than I thought it would be, and surprisingly it doesn't display the name of whatever it is you're listening too. The sound quality is fantastic and the active noise cancellation works incredibly well. When in a call, the recipient says they can hear me really well, even when there is background noise. All in all a great buy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bluetooth keeps cutting out when riding my bike

I've been looking for an in-ear headphone like this for a long time. I am an audiophile. I've used about 20+ headphones and DACs in the last 2 years. Each earphone has its own unique design and feature. For example, a headphone with very good music quality falls short in speech quality. Or a headset that offers a very high-quality music experience could not offer a high volume option, and most importantly, the touch areas allowed you to adjust your headset to a certain extent. With this product, JBL has outdone many of its competitors. I disabled the touch feature of the headset and I can adjust and customize all its settings via the LCD screen on the case. Sound and speech quality is very good, and in-ear placement is very successful. The volume is quite good and most importantly, you can customize the Noise Canceling feature according to you. Battery life is very good. The only downside is the case is a little big, but it's not a big deal for me. A week after I started using these in-ear headphones, I sold all my other earphones. :)

Great earbuds. Great sound quality and super immersive. Very user friendly with the whole ‘set up own sound preference’ I don’t think there’s a set of earbuds that can be better than these to be honest. 100% recommended!

Pas mal mais insuffisant pour compenser les attentes de cette marque et surtout à un prix au-delà des 100euros. Chacun entend et perçoit les sons d'une ou autre manière et le ressenti et ou son recherché diffère de chaque individu, donc s'il ne me convenait pas ce n'est pas pour autant que ce ne sont pas de très bon écouteur avec notamment des points positifs face à d'autres earbuds/écouteurs intra...encore plus onéreux! Example j'ai eu les devialet (écrit avec un d minuscule!) Gemini II et franchement, niveau son, aiguës/médiums/grave et infra&sub grave, le top, par contre à l'instar des JBL tour pro 2, on ne sais pas les éteindre, on ne sais pas arrêter l'anc (le noise cancelling ou transparence) cela reste en permanence en fonctionnement et l'anc en mode reduction de bruit (sur les Gemini II) le soir quand on est au calme et qu'on écoute ou pas de la musique "douce" intro... Il y a en permanence un soufflement, oui ! Inadmissible à 399euros! Et leurs autonomies est située entre 04h et max.05heures! Donc ces tour pro II sont très correct, ma préférence sonore alla vers les Gemini II.
