These tins etch very well with a UV laser. I did find a couple of dents. If you put something heavy and flat on one side, and use your fingernail to rub the other side, you can get most dents to disappear. Just don't try to rub out the dent WITHOUT that flat object on the other side, it will make the dent even worse.

Worked perfect for 1lb. of home made peanut brittle. (100 year old family recipe, soft brittle). Just what I expected, and worked out great.

Great for keeping stuff in them.

6 out of 8 of these containers had dented corners on tins. Highly do NOT recommend!

I use them for cheese straws or cookies to give to friends. Love the ribbon.

I tried the cardboard boxes. I don't have the time and they are flimsy. These tin boxes are sturdy and nice. I use truffle dividers and liners. A gold sheet goes over the chocolates. May be DYI but every chocolate has survived and I ship everything. Add ice packs and the metal is like it's own little fridge. Now after ice melts, that box can heat up just as fast. I ship 2 day and they are perfect. 2nd picture box shipped across the US! I also use the deeper boxes and I cam do a double row of 30! Also pack cookies, caramels, brownies.....perfect little box!
