The flavors were really good if you're not a fan of artificial flavors this is not for you but I enjoyed it. The orange flavor is very spot-on comparable to Sunny d. The favorite was surprisingly the lime. But I would genuinely recommend blending the pina colada flavor in a drink!!

It contains titanium dioxide which is a common additive in various products, however it's especially concerning being that's the very first ingredient.I probably wouldn't recommend drinking it every day, but I'm sure it's relatively safe in moderation.
