My new favorite kitchen tool
Fantastic machine. It's going to pay for itself within three months. Plus, I get to cut my meat exactly the way I like it.It's small and light and easy to handle. Stays put on the countertop. Plenty of power. Comes with a spare blade. Works absolutely great. It's easy to clean. The blade is especially nice because it's not razor sharp so that it would cut you easily (but be careful!!), but it's just right for slicing meat. Another great feature of it is that it does not have messy lubrication in the back of the blade, so you can easily wash it and reinstall it with no hassle. It removes quite easily. The control knob for the thickness is large and easy to modulate.I can't find anything to criticize about this unit. And did I mention the price is right?

easy to use
suction cups keep the machine in place so you can slice safely.10 min. run time may be a problem for some .clean up is a breeze, remove the blade and wipe down with soapy towel or sponge.first use was to try cutting some hard salami.no problem ,i was able to slice very thin slices as well as 1/8 in.sliced.this is a huge step up from my old hand crank machine.weighs less to.over all i gave it 4 stars ,only because the prongs on the holder are very small ,that makes it hard to hold hard sausage.cuts roast beef very well.

Slicer seems excellent, well worth the money
I'd used another brand of household slicer, and, at work, I'd used commercial slicers. This is a marvelous middle ground. As functional as commercial, but smaller, cheaper. Two blades, so there's backup ready to go. Actual "on" switch, so that one hand can control the feed and one hand take the sliced product. I am, so far, quite happy with it. I would point out that it is black. In my kitchen, the slicer is not in the brightest location, and is in my shadow. So... black is not the best color. And the depth gradations are on the shaft, which runs through a housing, and hence is in an even deeper shadow.

Little work horse
I've used this slicer 4 times now. 3 with meat and once with cheese. It slices through semi-frozen meat like butter. It may be a smaller cutting blade, but it is a mean little blade on cutting. I have no idea how long it will function, but for cutting lunch meat, it won't take many more to compensate for the cost. The only con i have, is the gap between the meat and the blade. it tends to not safely cut a somewhat large portion of product. it is kind of lost in the gap. I don't mind too much. The cost of a ham to cut is about half the cost of cut meat. the little end that is not able to be cut by the slicer, is easily cut by knife. The thickness of your cut is easily selected by a large turn knob. Overall, I believe this cutter is well worth the cost.

Excellent product for the price
Fantastic product for the price. I use it at the bar to cut the fruits to dehydrate for garnishing cocktails. I slice both ends of the fruit then set to 5mm, turn the slicer on and use the hand guard to slice the fruit into uniform sizes. I turn the fruit around halfway through otherwise the blade will start to mangle the fruit. It leaves very little waste at the end. I'll place the sliced fruit on a baking tray with a rack on it so the hot air can circulate to help dehydrate the fruit. The slicer is easy to clean up after. I'll carefully take the blade out and wipe and sanitize the machine before putting it away. As for the blade, I'll wash it with the sprayer attachment in the sink with soap and water then dry it with a towel before attaching it back to the machine. Overall it works really well for the amount of volume I use it for at the bar.

Absolute crap. Stay away.
This is not a heavy duty machine and you will not get "professional" results. With applying the seller coupon and after tax I go this machine for $77. That's about $75 too much.10-19-2023 I've had this piece of junk for some time now trying everything I can to make it work correctly and frankly it's just a waste of money. I've sliced up about 6 roasts for carnivore chips and it gets worse and worse every time. The blade flexes too much to get consistent slices and the plastic drive gear is already showing signs of major wear. Because of the constant flexing you're forced to turn your meat stock every 2-3 slices to try and keep it square to your cutting platform. You have to be diligent with lubrication - in my case I use tallow or bacon grease on the gear and slide bar - or it will jam up and not operate smoothly. It gets hot quickly since the blade stays dull and is not polished and I'm already getting a squeal like a bearing going out. Since the table is not height adjustable you have to hold the meat in your hand so the center of the blade will cut your stock . The crap blade will not hold an edge and I've already had to sharpen it twice, plus as the blade gets more and more dull you have to start applying more pressure to make it cut and now the machine starts sliding across the counter top.I'm past my return so this thing is going in the trash and I'll count this as a lesson learned. My ideology is "buy once cry one" but it looks like I'll be crying twice on this one when I buy a replacement commercial-type unit.

You're getting what you pay.
Was in a though spot for a while with work hours shrunk near zero, started looking at bulk foods to save a bit more and snagged this on sale for the job. It will cut, but the back plate has flex and the motor is loud a vacuum cleaner while feeling meek for the task. It starts to complain a lot once it's a few millimeters in anything from the friction across the blade surface. The teeth for driving the blade mesh with a plastic gear that will pop & skip pretty quickly so use every trick you can to smooth out the slicing process. Cleaning is a slight hassle purely on all the little nooks and pits food will find it's way into.If the driver gear was metal & the motor didn't release a stressed electronics smell after a min of use I would rank it better.

Love this Electric Meat Slicer
I buy bulk meat and cheese. The fact it came with 2 different blades was a big plus. I can slice my meats unthawed or slightly frozen and I haven’t had any problems. The cheese slices are perfect. I must say it is a little flimsy but it gets the job done A+z.
